• Must have an active CA license and DEA (Client may be willing to accept candidates who still need to transfer DEA)

• Client is open local or travel providers

Job Details

• Schedule: Ideally 40 hours a week (Monday through Friday Schedule, 8 hour shifts)(No Call)
• Duration: At Least 3 months with a high likelihood to extend well into 2024
• May be asked to provide coverage in nearby outpatient facilities (Rialto, CA, Victorville,CA and Ontario,CA) (Optional)
• Census Demographics: Patients of all ages
• Cases Typically Seen: Addiction Management and Drug Diversion
• Within a convenient distance of Los Angeles and Riverside
• Provider Caseload: TBD

Compensation for this opportunity is highly competitive at $215/hr.
