The TPA Project Coordinator works with and reports to the Product and Data Manager. The position is located at 500 Steed Road, Ridgeland, MS. The person in this position will lead complex projects, mentor administrative staff, manage cross-functional initiatives, and provide strategic support to the Product and Data Manager. This role requires advanced technical expertise and the ability to work independently on high-priority initiatives.

GENERAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Project Management & Leadership:

• Leads and manages complex TPA projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies for departmental initiatives.
• Serves as a liaison between technical teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders for major projects.

Technical Coordination:

• Coordinates, prioritizes, and follows up on programming requests for software maintenance and enhancements.
• Follow up with administrative staff to ensure that the testing has been done and results submitted in SMTR.
• Evaluates and recommend system improvements and process optimizations.
• Assists in implementation of new products and/or carriers within the TPA, including training and documentation.
• Troubleshoots complex technical issues and collaborates with IT teams to resolve system problems.

Reporting & Analytics:

• Creates and maintains weekly reports to track ServiceRequest Ticket statuses and project progress.
• Develop monthly and annual reports for accounting, compliance, and executive leadership.
• Analyzes data trends and provides actionable insights to improve operational efficiency.

Communications & Administration:

• Creates, edits, reviews, and approves TPA communications located in the administrative system.
• Develops and maintains standard operating procedures and documentation for the department.
• Assists the Product and Data Manager with strategic administrative tasks and special projects.

Process Improvement:

• Identifies opportunities for process improvements and implements solutions.
• Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for new systems and procedures.
• Ensures quality control and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Product and Data Manager or the Senior Project Coordinator.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONREQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma required; Associate's degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or related field (TPA/healthcare experience strongly preferred).
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Must have exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills with ability to multitask effectively.
• Must have excellent computer skills with advanced experience in Microsoft Tools.
• Advanced skill levels in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook are required.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools is preferred.
• Must possess strong time management, organizational, problem-solving, analytical, and customer service skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and make sound decisions.
• Must be able to work well under pressure with multiple priorities and meet deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail.

The Industrial Engineer will be responsible for making process improvements through collection and analysis of manufacturing data to improve safety, product quality, customer delivery, and cost reductions. Provide on-floor process information for training and meeting engineering standards. Support and provide production associates with the tools required to perform the job in a manner to meet all requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities

May include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Leading and directing technical activities are necessary to solve problems encountered from blending through shipping. Ensure the team takes the necessary steps through effective communication and proper documentation to avoid similar problems in the future
• Develop & maintain process guidelines (SOP/SOC) and training programs for the integration of new products and systems
• Reduce process variation (improve process capability) to ensure consistent product quality and adherence to manufacturing standards
• Lead cost reduction initiatives through materials, product, and process improvements; assist the project teams to hold brainstorming sessions and develop action plans for the Profit Improvement Process (PIP), including activities to reduce utilities consumption, cycle times, scrap, downtime, material usage variance, and direct labor
• Act as a technical resource in Continuous Improvement Tools to plant and PIP project leaders: Lean Manufacturing/Toyota Production Systems, Six-Sigma, 5S/6S, Total Productive Maintenance, Kaizen Events, Value Stream Maps, DOEs, FMEAs, Advanced Problem-Solving, SMED, etc., and assist in their implementation in an efficient manner for individual projects
• Participate in the updating of manufacturing standards as a result of performance improvements
• Develop work cell layouts in an effort to optimize material flow and support 5S and visual management initiatives
• Initiate new equipment and technologies to maintain the company’s competitive advantage; including detailed scope definitions with the plant (capabilities, throughput, and equipment controls including function block diagrams, process parameters, and data acquisition requirements), RFQ documents, and execution timeline plans (including facility preparation, installation, H&S, training, production ramp-up, etc.).

Education, Experience and Qualifications

• B.S. degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Technology
• 10+ years of experience of manufacturing work experience
• High volume, continuous manufacturing environment
• Process Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering / CI skills and expertise
• A results-oriented problem solver with an analytical approach
• Excellent verbal & written communication
• A hands-on individual with good people skills
• Six sigma green/black belt and knowledge of DOE preferred

Physical Demands

• Lead technical efforts supporting the launch of a new electric Power Take-Off (ePTO) product.
• Develop a deep understanding of the overall ePTO system, including electrical, mechanical, and control components, and how they interact.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee core accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.
