Nurse Practitioner First Assist Qualification:

• At least 2 years of surgical experience 
• Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Arizona.
• Certification as a Nurse Practitioner through a recognized board
• DEA license and BLS/ACLS certifications required at the time of hire.
• Experience in interventional pain management techniques.
• Stellar communication skills, oral and written.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

Nurse Practitioner First Assist Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, formulate differential diagnoses, and communicate findings with the supervising surgeon
• Ensure pre-operative readiness by reviewing imaging and participating in surgical planning
• Participate in post-op surgical huddles and track and manage post-operative spine patients
• Monitor patient status continuously throughout the anesthesia and operational event
• Document and ensure accuracy of patient assessments, in the electronic health record (EHR)
• Assess, maintain, and ensure patient safety throughout their surgical experience
• Communicate changes in patient condition, concerns, or complications

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a Physical Therapist for a full-time position with an area client where you’ll use your expertise to help patients improve their movement, manage their pain, and prevent loss of mobility.

Position Details:

• Therapist owned outpatient clinic
• Open to relocation candidates; offers a sign on & guaranteed bonuses for the first six months of employment!

• 11-15 visits per day (40 min) with PT Aid support
• 5x8 or 4x10, flexible scheduling options

Minimum Requirements:

·       Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA

·       Must have credentials evaluated by one of either FCCPT, ICD, ICA, IERF or IEC

·       Eligible to work in the U.S. with a state license in good standing with the State License Board

·       Must pass required NPTE competency exam

·       Current hands-on CPR certification issued by the American Heart Association
