The advanced practice provider provides health promotion and maintenance through the diagnosis and treatment of acute illness and chronic conditions. Prescribes medication, examines patients, diagnoses illnesses, and provides treatment. Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.
Patient Care:
- Evaluates and treats center patients in accordance with standards of care.
- Follows level of medical care and quality for patients and monitors care using available data and chart reviews.
- Assists in the coordination of patient services, including but not limited to specialty referrals, hospital and SNF coordination, durable medical equipment and home health care.
- Acts as an active participant and lead with the care team through daily huddles.
- Helps Regional Medical Director (RMD), Physician and Center Administrator in setting a tone of cooperation in practice by displaying a professional and approachable demeanor.
- Completes all medical record documentation in a timely manner working with a quality- based coder to optimize coding specificity.
- Follows policy and protocol defined by clinical leadership.
- Meets with RMD about quality of care, review of outcome data, policy, procedure and records issues.
- Participates in potential growth opportunities for new or existing services within the Center.
- Participates in the local primary care ?on-call? program of Conviva Senior Primary Care.
- Assures personal compliance with licensing, certification, and accrediting bodies.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two to five years directly applicable experience
- Successful completion of a nurse practitioner program with board certification
- Active, unrestricted nurse practitioner license in state of practice location

How You Improve Our Patients Lives!
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and obtain medical histories focused on allergy and sinus conditions.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic allergic and sinus conditions, including allergic rhinitis, chronic sinusitis, nasal polyps, and asthma.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including allergy testing, sinus CT scans, and pulmonary function tests.
- Develop individualized treatment plans including medications, immunotherapy, and procedural recommendations.
- Perform and assist with in-office procedures such as:
- Administration and supervision of allergy immunotherapy (SCIT and SLIT)
- Nasal endoscopy
- Educate patients on disease management, treatment options, and medication use.
- Collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure continuity and quality of care.
- Document all patient encounters accurately in EHR within 24 hours of their visit
- Oversee and manage both food and environmental allergy testing for patients by utilizing both Percutaneous Allergy Skin Testing and Intracutaneous Allergy Testing.
- Provide pre-op and post-op evaluation and treatment after a variety of surgeon performed sinus procedures.
- Develop relationships with referring medical providers and the local medical community.
- Attend lunches and events with the assigned territory provider relationship rep. to help garner credibility and market Aspire.
- Adhere to standard metrics:
- Testing: 50% minimum threshold
- Treatment: 30% minimum threshold
- IOP Conversion: 7% minimum threshold

About you:

Backgrounds that tend to thrive in this role include:
- 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within accounting and finance OR 2+ years of experience in client-facing positions (such as public accounting audit or tax) wanting to move into impactful sales
- Familiarity with Accounting and/or Finance concepts in either a recruiting or direct capacity

This is a freelance opportunity (3 months) supporting a high-profile Product & Design team. You'll collaborate with creatives, project managers, and business partners to concept, design, and deliver impactful visuals that bring editorial stories, app features, and campaigns to life.
This will be fully remote but you must be local to Los Angeles area.
What you'll do
- Own conceptual thinking and creative direction for digital editorial content and features
- Develop and refine design assets for web, digital, and content experiences
- Provide clear art direction and visual guidance for design-based deliverables

- Bachelor's degree in Web, Graphic, Information, Communication Design, or equivalent experience
