Modern Orthopaedics of New Jersey has been growing and thriving in the Northern NJ since 2020. Our practice is now looking for a well-trained orthopedic sports medicine surgeon to add to its skilled and trusted surgical team. We currently have 3 offices, located in Paramus, Wayne, and Parsippany, NJ. High School game coverage opportunities.
Our surgeons operate out of hospitals as well as surgical centers where there are opportunities to purchase shares. Position Summary
Equum Medical is an Acute Care Telehealth company, enabling access to specialty care across a variety of clinical settings. We understand the urgent need for Acute Care Telehealth and the difficult challenges hospitals face filling gaps in coverage, improving the lifestyle of their on-site clinicians, and extending patient care in specialty areas.
For over 10 years, Equum Medical has been staffing board-certified Critical Care Physicians in addition to APPs for select clients, with our clinicians averaging six years of tele-critical care experience in remote monitoring. We've enabled numerous hospitals and health systems to care for many patients, improve patient care, and deliver a positive financial impact.
General Overview
Will support a 150-bed hospital by managing remote cross-coverage and admissions as a tele-hospitalist, while also delivering night-time bedside care onsite in an LTAC.
Round and manage 7-9 patients
On average 3-4 admissions via telemedicine
Answer calls and texts (secured messaging) on current and new patients admitted
Support of other specialties as needed.
Malpractice and tail insurance covered by Company’s provider.
Nighttime shift from 7pm-7am requirements.
Minimum requirement of 4 shifts per month.
Qualifications
NJ license in good standing.
DEA certificate in good standing.
Applicable professional certification and licensure in good standing.
At least 1 year of acute care experience.
No sponsorship offered.

Position Summary
Newark Beth Israel Medical Center (NBI), part of RWJBarnabas Health—the largest academic health system in New Jersey—is seeking an experienced Adult Congenital Heart Disease (ACHD) cardiologist to lead and expand our established ACHD program. This leadership role will guide the program toward ACHA accreditation while integrating multidisciplinary care across cardiology, cardiac surgery, maternal-fetal medicine, electrophysiology, imaging, and advanced heart failure and transplant services.
The successful candidate will join a high-performing cardiovascular division within a tertiary and quaternary care environment, serving as both a clinical leader and institutional champion for adult patients with congenital heart disease.
Compensation and Benefits
The anticipated salary range for this position if hired to work is $500,000 to $700,000 per year.

- Contribute to program visibility through education, outreach, and regional collaboration with academic partners.
Qualifications:
- MD or DO degree with board certification in Adult Congenital Heart Disease (ACHD)
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited Adult Congenital Heart Disease fellowship, or “grandfathered” pathway.
- Eligible for medical licensure in the State of New Jersey.
- Strong background in academic medicine, clinical research, and physician development.
- Experience working collaboratively with pediatric cardiac programs is strongly preferred.
- Structural heart specialists with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.

Purpose Statement
Under general supervision, performs a variety of complex technical and administrative duties relating to the support of the Plant Manager and the Steering Team.
Key Accountabilities and Outcomes
- Acts as receptionist greeting all visitors courteously, determining their needs while contacting the appropriate Rich’s Team Member.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
