This position may require up to one week (Monday night through Thursday night) every month within the region.

As a BFC Solutions Technician, you will replace air filters and perform basic HVAC maintenance primarily in rooftop air ventilation and HVAC systems for retail and commercial customers.
Job Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age to operate the company vehicle.
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and have a good driving record
- Must live within 40 miles of the designated region.
- Must be comfortable and confident working at heights up to 40 feet above ground level and using extension ladders.
- Must weigh less than 275 pounds to meet ladder safety and weight limit requirements.
- Must be comfortable working outside in all weather conditions.
- Proven success working independently with remote supervision.
- Must be willing and able to work overtime and/or overnights as specified.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 75 pounds
- Overnight travel may be required during peak times.
Preferred work experience includes any of or a combination of the following:
- Facility and/or grounds maintenance
- Construction
- HVAC

- Route driving

We are hiring Customer Care Representatives to support PayIts omni-channel customer support for PayIts web-site tools. This is a great opportunity for individuals who take pride in delivering a reliable, professional customer experience and who thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
You will serve as a front-line support professional, supporting users through voice and written channels while providing clear, empathetic, and solution-oriented assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with PayIts web-site tools.
- Provide accurate and timely responses to inquiries about government services and transactions
- Provide clear, professional, and grammatically correct written communication
- Navigate multiple systems and applications efficiently
- Follow compliance, quality, and security standards
- Participate in training, coaching, and team meetings
- Support operational needs, including occasional schedule adjustments
Qualifications & Skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent grammar and attention to detail
Professional demeanor and customer-focused mindset
Computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems
