Toolbox Health is currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the team at our private, on-site, employer clinic serving approximately 250 - 300 employees. In this role you will collaborate with other health professionals to deliver insightful, compassionate care that has a positive impact on the well-being of factory employees and those employed at the Bowling Green, OH, clinic. Responsibilities Include:

• Primary Care: Provide comprehensive primary healthcare services to factory employees, including diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions, conducting physical exams, and ensuring employees' overall well-being.
• Urgent Care: Respond promptly to and administer care for urgent on-site medical cases, accidents, and injuries.
• Interdisciplinary Care: Coordinate with off-site healthcare providers and specialists for employee referrals and continuity of care.
• Prescribing Medications: Prescribe appropriate medications following established guidelines and monitor medication management, educating patients on proper usage.
• Record-keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting medical histories, treatments, and prescribed medications in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations, protocols, and industry standards, including occupational health and safety guidelines.
• Clinic Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including supply inventory, and equipment maintenance.
• Administrative: Related to patient care, including scheduling, answering calls, patient intake, and documentation. Hands on testing, lab draws, and urine testing.
• Health Promotion: Conduct health education sessions and wellness programs to improve the overall health and well-being of employees.
• Employee Relationship Building: Work to establish relationships with factory employees, promoting trust and a compassionate healthcare environment.

• Performs and documents initial and ongoing complete (medical, mental, physical, and psychosocial) history and physical examinations, assess health status, diagnose any potential issues for patients.
