To ensure the successful daily operation of assigned location(s) while maintaining compliance of all food quality and safety standards, company policies and customer service procedures to create a fun and memorable experience for all guests.
Responsibilities:
* Lead, train, and motivate a team of associates assigned to your location(s) to deliver high quality customer service.
* Enforce proper food preparation and handling procedures in compliance with all health department and Food and Beverage Operation policies regarding sanitation. Regularly inspect equipment and work areas to ensure cleanliness and safety.
* Monitor stock levels and assist in the ordering of supplies as necessary. Ensure that all items are appropriately stored, labeled, handled and rotated.
* Work closely with the fellow management team to ensure smooth coordination between food preparation and service.

POSITION PURPOSE:
A therapist/service coordinator within a community treatment team plays a vital role in supporting individuals with mental health concerns within their community. requires a combination of clinical expertise, organizational skills, and a commitment to supporting individuals with mental health concerns in achieving their recovery goals within the context of their community.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Therapeutic Services: Providing individual and group therapy sessions to clients, utilizing evidence-based approaches to address their mental health needs. This may involve conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing interventions to promote recovery and well-being.
Case Management: Coordinating care and services for clients, collaborating with other members of the treatment team, including psychiatrists, nurses, social workers, and other mental health professionals. Crisis Intervention: Responding to crises and emergencies as they arise, providing immediate support and assistance to clients in distress, and facilitating appropriate interventions to ensure their safety and stabilization.
Resource Coordination: Assisting clients in accessing community resources and support services, such as housing assistance, employment programs, substance abuse treatment, and social support networks. This may involve providing information, referrals, and assistance with applications and paperwork.
Collaboration and Consultation: Collaborating with external agencies, organizations, and community partners to enhance the availability and effectiveness of mental health services in the community. This includes participating in case conferences, consultations, and interdisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care and address complex client needs.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of client assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and other relevant information in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies. Advocacy and Education: Advocating for the rights and interests of clients within the community and promoting awareness and understanding of mental health issues through education and outreach activities. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS;
- Master’s Degree in social work, psychology, rehabilitation, activity therapies, counseling or education and 1 year of paid professional behavioral health experience.
