The Rehabilitation teams at Samaritan evaluate and treat patients with injuries or conditions that have caused either a decline in physical mobility or functional independence. In addition to acute and swing bed rehab, we offer a variety of outpatient services including sports and orthopedic rehab, pediatric rehab, neurological and stroke rehab, balance and dizziness rehab, wheelchair seating, and neck, back and extremity care. At SNLH, we have a large and well equipped outpatient therapy department located within a 25 bed critical access hospital. Enjoy a dynamic and supportive therapy environment, professional camaraderie and 45 minute treatment times.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license required.
Healthcare Provider Level BLS required.

Summary
JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE
Assists management in monitoring the operations and productivity of assigned department(s). Samaritan Pharmacy-Lincoln City is a community pharmacy located next to Samaritan North Lincoln Hospital. The pharmacy is open to any member of the public. The primary role of this pharmacy is to dispense community patient prescriptions. They also offer immunizations, medication management services, and discharge medications to bedside. The pharmacy is staffed by experienced pharmacists and pharmacy technicians who are dedicated to patient care.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
Current unencumbered Oregon Pharmacist Licensure required.
One (1) of the following required:
Satisfactory completion of an ASHP-accredited residency in pharmacy practice.
One (1) year pharmacist experience.
Healthcare Provider Level BLS required within 90 days of hire.
Successful completion of Pharmacist Immunization Certification required within one (1) year of hire.
