Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the VP of HR to support and execute HR strategies.
• Serve as a hands-on resource with advanced ADP Workforce Now experience.
• Ensure compliance with federal and Florida employment laws.
• Maintain accurate HR documentation and support benefits/leave administration, open enrollment.
• Assist with Workers Compensation and safety initiatives, recruitment, onboarding and offboarding.
• Contribute to process improvements and help implement new procedures across the department.
• Collaborate daily with the HR team on operations and various initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of broad HR experience across multiple functions.
• Dynamic people-oriented energy that thrives in building relationships and driving engagement across teams.
• Active PHR or SPHR certification is required.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a professional, approachable, and empathetic style.
• Advanced ADP Workforce Now and MS Office skills, including Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with emerging technologies, including AI and social media.
• Ability to compose professional correspondence, present information clearly and serve as a strong representative of the HR department.
• Strong communication, organizational skills, with attention to detail.
• Think innovatively, address HR challenges, and drive process improvements to completion while working in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
• Ability to assist with implementing new process and procedures, with a thorough understanding of change management and the ability to document operational procedures for the department.
• Prior experience with STORIS or Salesforce considered a plus.

JHACH is looking for a Maternal Fetal Medicine - High Risk Perinatal Nurse Practitioner. Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Do inpatient rounding, follow-up patients that may be antepartum on labor and delivery or postpartum on patients that we may have seen / supported and delivered to.

• Essential Requirements:
  • Prior labor and delivery experience, preferably high-risk.
  • Women's Health background; ambulatory experience is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Clinical Master's Degree in Nursing or DNP.
• Current FL State Licensure as an APRN.
• NCC certification in OB/GYN or high-risk obstetrics.
• External fetal monitoring certification recommended.
• BLS required.

Position Description:

The Loader Operator is responsible for the safe and proficient operation of the assigned loader in heavy/civil construction environments.

Responsibilities:

• Comply with (and actively promote) all Safety policies and procedures including reporting all accidents, incidents and near misses to ensure adherence to our Number One Core Value – Safety, first in everything we do.
• Complete equipment condition reports, as well as a daily checklist of work to be done on your equipment and provide to the Project Superintendent daily through Middlesex Application.
• Cleaning the machines daily. This includes sweeping the cabs and removing trash daily, and lubricating doors and windows bi-weekly.
• Understand and comply with all Company safety policies and procedures.
• Know where all utilities within the work zone are located.
• Be responsible for your own safety as well as those working in the area.
• Inform your Superintendent or Foreman daily of your equipment fuel status so the fuel truck can be scheduled if needed for the next morning.
• Make a note on your equipment report and let your Superintendent know if you need any supplies, i.e.: grease, oil, rags, cleaning supplies, or if the machine needs to be steam cleaned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/ GED Certificate.
• 1-2 years Operator Experience in Heavy/Civil Construction.
• OSHA 10 Certified.
• Valid Driver License.

Necessary Attributes:

• Must possess the ability to adapt to different personalities and management styles.
