The Opportunity:
We are currently seeking a certified, or soon to be certified, Family Medicine Physician who is interested in joining an employer-based One Medical clinic that is committed to changing the care delivery experience for both patients and providers.

What you'll be working on:
- Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
- Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
- Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities

- Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
- Supervising one or more NP or PA colleagues
Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role:
- Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program
- Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting
- Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of your One Medical start date
- State licensed in California, obtained before your One Medical start date

The base salary range for this role is $308,700 to $328,000 based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule. Job Summary
Kairos Power is seeking a Chief of Staff to Vice President, Business Development & Finance (CoS) reporting to the Vice President of Business Development & Finance (VP). This is a strategic and hands‑on role designed to increase the effectiveness of the Vice President of Business Development & Finance and commercial leadership team. The CoS will work across business and engineering functions to drive alignment, improve productivity, and streamline execution of strategic initiatives. Responsibilities

The salary range for this position is $209,400 to $261,800 for employees working onsite at our Alameda, CA headquarters. The range provided in this job posting represents the typical range or starting rate of candidates hired in California.
