Upon successful completion of training, employees will transition to an eight-hour work shift ranging between 8:00 am
- 5:30 pm (local time) Monday to Friday with availability for occasional evenings and weekends based on business needs.What you'll do:
* Proactively manages assigned claims caseload comprised of claims with moderate complexity damages that require commensurate knowledge and understanding of claims coverage.
* Partners with vendors and internal business partners to facilitate moderate complexity claims resolution.
May also involve external regulatory coordination to ensure appropriate documentation and compliance.
* Investigates claim damages by conducting research from various sources, including the insured, third parties, and external resources.
May identify and resolve potential discrepancies and identifies subrogation potential resulting from unusual characteristics.
* Identifies coverage concerns, reviews prior loss history, determines and creates Special Investigation Unit (SIU) referrals, when appropriate.
Determines coverage through analyzing investigation information involving moderate complexity policy terms and contingencies.
* Determines and negotiates moderate complexity claims settlement.
Develops recommendations and collaborates with management for determining settlement amounts outside of authority limits and accurately manages claims outcomes.
* Maintains accurate, thorough, and current claim file documentation throughout the claims process.
* Applies proficient knowledge of estimating technology platforms and virtual inspection tools; Utilizes platforms and tools to prepare claims estimates to manage moderate complexity property insurance claims.
* Applies working knowledge of industry standards of inspection, damage mitigation and restoration techniques.
* Serves as an informal resource for team members.
* Recognizes and addresses jurisdictional challenges such as applicable legislation and construction considerations.
* Supports workload surges and catastrophe (CAT) response operations as needed, including mandatory on-call dates and potential evening, weekend, and/or holiday work outside normal work hours.
* May be assigned CAT deployment travel with minimal notice during designated CATs.
* Works various types of claims, including ones of higher complexity, and may be assigned additional work outside normal duties as needed.
* Ensures risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.What you have:

* 2 years relevant property adjusting and/or claims adjusting experience handling moderately complex claims or construction related industry/insurance experience.

* Working knowledge of estimating losses using Xactimate or similar tools and platforms.
* Demonstrated negotiation, investigation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
* Working knowledge of property claims contracts and interpretation of case law and state laws and regulations.
* Proficient in prioritizing and multi-tasking, including navigating through multiple business applications.
* May need to travel up to 50% of the year (local & non-local) and/or work catastrophe duty when needed.
* Acquisition and maintenance of insurance adjuster license within 90 days and 3 attempts.What sets you apart:
* Experience handling water loss claims including water mitigation, water loss estimating and reconciliation
* Experience desk adjusting property claims involving Dwelling, Other Structures, Loss of Use, and Contents using virtual technologies (Hosta, Hover, Xactimate, ClaimsX)
* Experience handling large loss complex claims (i.e., water, vandalism, malicious mischief, foreclosures, earth movement, appraisal, collapse, etc.)
* Experience with full file ownership handling claims from start to finish (FNOL, estimating, reviewing policy, making coverage decisions, settlement)
* Insurance industry designations such as AINS, CPCU, AIC, SCLA (or actively pursuing)
* Proficiency in Xactimate (Level 1 and/or Level 2 certification)
* Experience in a call center environment
* Currently hold an active Adjuster License
* Bachelor's degree

* May require the ability to crouch and stoop to inspect confined spaces, to include attics and go beneath homes into crawl spaces.

Summarized Purpose:
Study coordinator to support ongoing large clinical study in US. Completes all paperwork required to capture all data as specified by a study protocol, and for ensuring subject safety, understanding, and cooperation during the study process. Interacts with the research site team and other interdepartmental staff. Engages in the entire site operations process, which includes recruitment, enrollment, retention of study participants, data entry and query resolution.
Essential Functions:
• Conducts clinical studies according to FDA/GCP and ICH regulations and guidelines.
• Provides medical care to patients, always ensuring patient safety comes first.
• Schedules subject visits within protocol windows, ensuring scheduling capacity is maximized.
• Performs all defined study activities (i.e., informed consent, screening, and protocol procedures which include but not limited to vital signs, pregnancy tests, height, weight, ECG's, etc.).
• Records all patient information and results from tests as per protocol on required forms.
• Where required, may complete IP accountability logs and associated information.
• Reports suspected non-compliance to relevant site staff.
• Ensures that IRB approval is obtained prior to study initiation and IRB requirements are met throughout the study.
• Promotes the company and builds a positive relationship with patients to ensure retention.
• Attends site initiation meetings and all other relevant meetings to receive training on protocol.
• May be required to call patients, do patient bookings and follow-up calls to confirm bookings or provide information or results.
• Logs/completes information on sponsor systems and ensures all information provided is accurate (i.e., case report forms, EDC, etc.) and ensures it is completed within timeframe.
• Gathers and maintains source documents, updates patient files and notes, always ensuring relevant and most up to date information is recorded.

• May be required to dispose of waste according to standards and assist in keeping a general neat appearance of the facility.
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification in the clinical / medical field
• Must hold a valid nursing license (RN, LVN, LPN) within the country operating. Must be registered with local health care authority.
• Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 2+ years’).
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Solid understanding of the clinical research process (i.e., GCP, SOPs, informed consent, safety monitoring, etc.)
• Capable of working independently, analyzing and working with attention to detail, processing and prioritizing sensitive complex information and problem solving

Job Summary and QualificationsAs a Certified Surgical Tech, under the direction of a Registered Nurse, you will contribute to the company’s mission and vision by assisting with the provision of safe and effective nursing care in accordance with a defined scope of practice within the operating room. - Ensure that surgical asepsis is maintained in the handling of instruments, sponges, sutures, drains, needles, and dressings
- Assist in the turnover of the operating room suites between cases, disposing of trash and linens, and cleaning of equipment and environmental surfaces
- Prepare procedure room for use the following day by bringing in equipment, setting up, "pulling cases" accurately, and reporting to supervisor items that are needed and not available
Qualifications you will need:
- Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program as required per facility practice and state regulatory requirement; otherwise preferred

We are currently seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist (Certified OR Tech). As a Certified Surgical or Operating Room Tech, you greet our patients, comfort them and transport them to the surgical suite. Job Summary and QualificationsWe are seeking a Critical Care Registered Nurse for our ICU. You will provide clinical expertise to ensure all patients receive high quality, efficient care in a high acuity environment. What you will do in this role:
- You will assess, plan, intervene and evaluate the care of critically ill patients.
- You will instruct patients and families regarding medications and treatment instructions.
- You will maintain and review patients’ records including posting tests and examination results.
- You will administer medications in accordance with physician orders.
Requirements:
- Must be licensed as a Florida Registered Nurse in accordance with state regulations or appropriate compact licensure. If compact license held, active FL RN license required within 60 days of hire.
- Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred.
- Previous experience in an acute care setting strongly preferred.
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
- ACLS required within 6 months of hire/ transfer
- Critical thinking, service excellence and good interpersonal communication skills, ability to read/comprehend written instructions, ability to follow verbal instructions, PC skills

Accelerated Radiology Technologist-to-CT Technologist Training Program
Our Radiology Technologist-to-CT Technologist Training Program is a 10-week training program sponsored entirely by HCA. Through this program, selected candidates with current Radiology Tech credentials will learn all the needed skills to advance to a certified CT Tech role through online didactic instruction as well as clinical experiences at the facility in which they are employed. This HCA-sponsored program includes all testing, fees, course and training materials. Current ARRT credential and licensure as a Radiology Technologist in Florida are required for selection into the training program.
Qualifications
- Completion of a 24-month Radiologic Technology program at an AMA-approved school or Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology
- Valid ARRT (R) certification
- Clear/active Florida Department of Health licensure (CRT)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Ability to perform work which requires frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, moving, and lifting of patients and/or equipment up to 50 lbs.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience as a licensed Radiology Technologist
