As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for engaging with provided leads and establishing long-lasting relationships with B2B decision-makers to ensure customer satisfaction and a consistent flow of revenue. A hunter mindset with the desire to both grow and maintain new and current accounts is critical to building a sales pipeline. You will get to go on plant visits from time to time and see the production facility!


A qualified candidate will be able to build strong relationships, leveraging their personality and sales skills to sell our services and provide solutions to their clients.

Responsibilities:


  • Engage proactively with provided leads via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to understand their industrial repair needs.
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their pain points and offering tailored repair solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline by consistently following up with leads.
  • Keep detailed records of interactions, opportunities, and client information using CRM software for effective pipeline management and reporting.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to learn about different industries and solutions that can be provided to clients.
  • Stay current with industry trends and needs.
