Must Haves:

Day to Day:

The Collector is a crucial part of their team, tasked with managing a designated portfolio of accounts to recover outstanding balances. This role goes beyond simply making calls; it requires a blend of excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. A Collector is expected to receive/ place 100- 150 calls per day.
