SUMMARY OF OPPORTUNITY

Reporting to the General Manager of Operations (General Construction), the Sr. Project Manager is responsible for all facets of project management including the budgeting, scheduling, tracking, procurement, document control, safety, quality, and the managing of multiple General Contracting projects. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 
  • Manage all construction activities, coordinate work and schedules with division leaders and the project team.
  • Collaborate with site Superintendents, Project Engineers, and administrative support to evaluate and determine appropriate construction means & methods and strategies, employing the most cost-effective plans and schedule.
