SUMMARY
Working under the Production Manager, the Production Supervisor will supervise and coordinate all activities associated with facility production lines. This individual will be responsible for developing and motivating a team of hourly employees to deliver safe, quality, and cost-effective production in accordance with Engelman’s standards. The successful candidate will be a well-respected people leader, natural problem-solver, and have an entrepreneurial drive to overcome unexpected obstacles on the fly. Employees in this position may interact with their leader when needed to receive guidance and feedback. Some non-routine activities may require their leader’s advanced approval, but routine decisions within the general scope of the role may be made independently.
- ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Meets all business needs while upholding quality standards. Verifies that information input into company software is accurate and complete.

In Texas, there is a judicial process for validating the Gestational Contract (the contract between the intended parents and the surrogate). Included within the various requirements for having a Gestational Contract validated by a Texas court is that the intended parents must be married and the surrogate must have previously carried a child to term. Additionally, there are residency requirements that apply to either the surrogate or the intended parents, but not both.
Compensation for a surrogate services generally starts in the range of $35,000 - $40,000, for base compensation with over all fees up to 70k, in many cases. The amount of compensation is dependent upon a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, whether the surrogate carries twins, what procedures a surrogate is required to undergo and whether the delivery is vaginally or by cesarean section.

The Registered Nurse promotes and provides safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy. Demonstrates professional leadership and support to the healthcare team while providing the foundation of all patient-centered nursing care. Communicates with physicians and other nursing staff about patient needs, administering IV’s and medications to aid in patient health and using medical equipment to monitor patient vital signs.
