As a Unit Manager/Director - RN where within an assigned unit you will support the Director of Nursing with the delivery of high quality care while achieving positive clinical outcomes, and patient/resident, family and employee satisfaction.

Job Title : Medical Assistant/Technician (Hospital Corpsman) Category / Component : Enlisted β’ Both Overview Hospital Corpsmen assist healthcare professionals and provide medical and dental care to Sailors, Marines, and their families across clinics, hospitals, ships, and field units, gaining broad clinical, technical, and operational experience.
Key Responsibilities Perform emergency medical treatment for Sailors, Marines, and specialized units such as SEALs and Seabees; provide basic and emergency dental care and process dental X rays; serve as operating room technician and assist in surgery; administer preventive care and medications including immunizations and IVs; conduct physical exams and assist in diagnosing and treating diseases and injuries; maintain patient records, perform clinical tests, and support physicians and nurses in a wide range of specialties.

The Senior Tax Analyst will manage the day-to-day indirect tax function, ensuring accurate and timely compliance with all federal, state, and local tax requirements. Job Responsibilities:
Tax Compliance and Filing
- Manage the overall day-to-day indirect tax function ensuring all returns are accurately and timely completed
- Review state and local indirect tax filings including sales and use, property tax, Mercantile/BPT, Gross Receipts, OH CAT, and other applicable taxes
- Review Act 43 return filings and quarterly reconciliations
- Maintain the tax calendar for all tax filings to ensure timely compliance
- Review all real estate bills and invoices, confirming accuracy and timeliness of payment
- Manage the escheat process including reviewing prepared returns and maintaining company escheat policies and procedures
System Management and Analysis
- Monitor tax rate tables, tax flags, and class code mappings within the system to ensure proper tax determinations
- Perform periodic validation testing of tax systems
- Review monthly account reconciliation for sales tax payable account
- Maintain monthly real estate and miscellaneous tax accruals, including posting entries and investigating variances
- Review fixed assets to ensure accuracy in lives, methods, and depreciation
Collaboration and Support
- Respond to sales tax inquiries raised by external customers, internal stakeholders, and taxing jurisdictions
- Collaborate with business units to ensure proper application of tax on customer and vendor purchases
- Assist with income tax provision and return calculations and compliance, including preparation of allocation and apportionment
- Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures to strengthen internal controls within the tax function
- Assist in audits, including preparing supporting documentation and researching audit issues
Process Improvement
- Develop detailed understanding of current indirect tax processes to identify opportunities for improvement
- Contribute to departmental process improvement and automation initiatives
- Research and stay current on changes to tax laws
- Support the tax team on other projects, audits, and compliance needs as required
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of indirect tax work experience
- Solid knowledge of sales tax rules and regulations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and high attention to detail

The Virtual Sales Representative (VSR) will be responsible for marketing and selling CARDAMYST via teleconference and/or telephone to targeted health care offices and providers, in close partnership with aligned field representatives. Job Functions:
- Oversee and manage ISO 9001 quality standards
- Maintain and oversee the Quality Management Systems
- Internal audits of the system and work with personnel to improve processes
- Manage the quality departmentβs KPIβs & report monthly to the executive leadership team. 5 direct reports and 20 indirect reports
- Provide leadership, training, coaching to department staff
- Oversee the calibration of all measurement tools
- Manager the corrective action and nonconformance processes
- Develop, analyze statistical data & product specs to determine standards
- Draft quality assurance policies and procedures
- Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems
- Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
- Interact with customers at the plant

Salary: $135,000 - $150,000 plus bonus
Total compensation range $150,000 - $175,000

The Materials Management Coordinator oversees and optimizes supply chain and materials management operations across all hospitals, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. This role maintains the system Item Master, leads product evaluations, monitors purchasing and inventory accuracy, and collaborates with hospital Materials Management teams to standardize processes and resolve challenges. The position provides training, conducts site visits to ensure adherence to policies, assists with new hospital setups, and partners with Finance and Accounts Payable to address discrepancies and implement system improvements. Through strong leadership and communication, the Coordinator supports operational excellence and ensures reliable delivery of supplies to enhance patient care.
Works within Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) framework to seek the highest quality products within the best available cost structures. Assist with evaluating supplies negotiating contracts and reviewing quality product as assigned. Additionally serves as a GPO vendor and contract resource. This position may also assist with expense reports and contracted service vendors.
Required Skills:
- A minimum of associate degree in business administration, or a healthcare related field required.
- A minimum of five (5) years hospital purchasing experience, contracts, compliance systems and standards required.
- Current, valid, and active driverβs license required.
Additional Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelorβs degree in a healthcare related field preferred.
- Experience with database management systems preferred.
