Opportunity

ChartRequest is looking to add a dynamic Event Marketing Manager to our growing team in the Scottsdale, AZ market. This role is central to our 2026 market expansion strategy and will be the primary driver of pipeline generation through conferences, trade shows, healthcare summits, and field marketing programs. Primary Responsibilities

• Event Planning & Execution. Own the end-to-end planning and execution of ChartRequest's presence at trade shows, healthcare conferences, regional summits, and company-hosted events (8–12 events per year). Manage logistics, vendor relationships, booth setup, travel coordination, and on-site staffing.

• Pipeline & Lead Generation. Partner with the Sales team to develop pre-event outreach campaigns, on-site engagement strategies, and post-event follow-up sequences designed to drive qualified pipeline. Track and report on event-sourced leads, opportunities, and closed revenue.

• Budget Management & ROI Tracking. Develop, own, and report on the event marketing budget. Analyze cost-per-lead, cost-per-opportunity, and overall event ROI to inform future investment decisions. Present findings at Customer Acquisition Committee meetings.
