Litigation Attorney – Real Estate, Mortgage & Foreclosure (Washington)

Remote (Must reside in Washington)

A national law firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney licensed in Washington with 1+ year of litigation experience to join its real estate and creditor’s rights practice.

This role offers remote flexibility, with occasional in-person court appearances in Washington as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Draft and argue pleadings, motions, and other court filings
• Conduct discovery and support case strategy development
• Attend hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences (remote and in-person)
• Handle foreclosure, eviction, mortgage, and creditor’s rights matters
• Perform legal research and assess case strategy and risk
• Collaborate with clients and supervising attorneys to drive matters forward

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school
• Active Washington State Bar license (required)
• 1+ year of litigation experience
• Experience in real estate, mortgage, foreclosure, title, or creditor’s rights preferred

Additional Details

• Must reside in Washington
• Occasional in-person court appearances required
• Billable requirement: 1,920 hours annually
