This is a quality manager position working in a machine shop environment.

Duties and Essential Job Functions

Ø Performs all responsibilities of a QC Technician as needed

Ø Serves as the Management Representative for the Quality Management System

Ø Administers Internal Audit Program

Ø Represents ARM at all Customer and Registration Quality Audits

Ø Conducts Supplier Review at the request of Purchasing Department

Ø Serves as point of contact for all customer quality related issues

Ø Performs final contract review on all orders

Ø Responsible for all CAPA activity

Ø Performs MRB

Ø Initiates and processes all RMA activity

Ø Conducts statistical analysis of quality objectives

Ø Other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager
