We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Manager to oversee and support operations across multiple locations. This pivotal role is responsible for driving performance, coaching top-tier Salon Managers, and fostering high-performance teams of hair Stylists. You'll be the bridge between leadership and the frontline salon teams, ensuring every store delivers exceptional service that we are known for.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and support multiple salon locations to deliver exceptional results in client experience, stylist development, and operational excellence.
• Coach, mentor, and develop Salon Managers and their teams of Hair Stylists, building a positive culture rooted in teamwork and growth.
• Partner with company Leadership to track key performance metrics, identify trends, and implement strategies that drive success. Oversee profit & loss management, ensuring financial targets are met.
• Ensure each salon operates at peak performance, from staffing and training to brands standards and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance team capabilities.

What We're Looking for:

• 2+ years of multi-unit or multi-salon management experience.
• 2+ years of proven leadership and team coaching experience.
