Position Purpose:

The Delivery Support Associate plays a key part in the daily and weekly administrative functions for the process. Each Delivery Support Associate will work with their assigned operational leaders, recruiters, sales representatives, and field associates. In this role the Delivery Support Associate will ensure the smooth operation of the branch and daily recruiting and business operations. They are the liaison between the field (sales & recruiting) and the back office (finance & risk).

Key Accountabilities

• Answer and direct inbound calls to the appropriate departments or personnel, ensuring timely and accurate handling of all inquiries.
• Timely, accurately, and compliantly send, review, approve and process new hire onboarding paperwork, including offer letters, Direct Deposit information, and completing the I-9 and e-verify. The Delivery Support Associate must demonstrate a high degree of service orientation, focused on actively working to onboard new employees in a manner that positively represents the company and makes the new employee feel important and welcome.
• Process necessary background checks and drug tests required for jobs.
• Collect save, and process weekly timecard entry and approval process, including expenses, per diem, and sick time as needed for payout every Friday.
• Work in close communication with operational leaders, Recruiters, HR, Payroll, and Billing departments in addition to field associates.
• Provide timecard and billing adjustment as needed to ensure proper payout and invoicing.
• First point of contact for trouble shooting any onboarding and payroll issues.
• Work with each recruiting team on ensuring job boards are up to date.
• Assist recruiters with tracking candidates in VMS exchanges as well as tracking employee certifications to ensure they are active.
• Assist with ordering, scheduling, and administering required employee remote and onsite training during the onboarding process.
• Contribute to front of the office duties as needed per office.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Experience Requirements

• High School Diploma: Possess a high school diploma or equivalent qualification; additional education may satisfy work experience qualifications.
• Prefer experience with human resources processes, employee onboarding, and/or payroll process experience.
• Previous experience with delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work independently
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective communication with clients, candidates, and internal team members. Ability to clearly articulate job, employment, and payroll information.

This role serves as the operational bridge between underwriting, technology, and leadership. The Business Analyst will gather and document business requirements, support system implementations, lead testing efforts, prioritize cross-functional initiatives, and manage projects from concept through execution. The ideal candidate understands insurance workflows deeply and can translate business needs into scalable system and process solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Requirements & Systems Translation

• Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements across underwriting, operations, finance, and leadership

• Translate underwriting guidelines, rating logic, and workflow processes into structured business requirement documents

• Develop process maps, user stories, and functional documentation for system enhancements

• Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure accurate implementation

• Serve as liaison between underwriters, business owners, and technology partners

• Identify system gaps and recommend scalable solutions aligned with Crestwell’s commercial residential strategy

Cross-Functional Alignment & Prioritization

• Work across departments to identify, evaluate, and prioritize initiatives

• Assess operational impact of new product features, regulatory requirements, and system enhancements

• Align business objectives with platform capabilities and implementation timelines

• Facilitate internal discussions to define scope, ownership, and sequencing of work

Project Management & Execution

• Lead cross-functional projects from planning through execution

• Develop project plans, milestones, and success metrics

• Coordinate with system integrators, technology vendors, and external consultants

• Track deliverables, manage risks, and ensure initiatives remain on schedule

• Provide structured status reporting and visibility to leadership

Process Optimization & Scalability

• Evaluate underwriting and operational workflows to improve efficiency and long-term scalability

• Support reporting initiatives tied to carrier, investor, and regulatory requirements

• Establish documentation and project tracking standards to support continued growth

Qualifications:

• 2–5+ years of experience in P&C insurance, preferably within property lines

• Experience in a commercial MGA or related insurance environment is preferred but not required

• Strong understanding of underwriting workflows and the insurance lifecycle

• Experience translating business requirements between business stakeholders and technology partners

• Experience building test scripts and participating in user acceptance testing

• Proven ability to manage projects across cross-functional insurance teams

• Ability to operate effectively in a growing, entrepreneurial environment

 Preferred:

• Exposure to commercial residential property insurance, including condominium and HOA programs

• Direct experience in Florida commercial residential markets

• Experience with data mapping and reporting requirements, including exposure to Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund reporting

• Familiarity with catastrophe modeling tools and related reporting frameworks

 Requirements:

• Licensure as a Florida Registered Nurse in accordance with state regulations or appropriate compact licensure. If compact license held, active FL RN license required within 60 days of hire.

• Minimum of two years’ clinical experience in a hospital environment. Two years’ experience in supervisory and/or management role preferred. Critical Care experience preferred.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborates with Center and Divisional leaders to provide VIP service to patients, family members and staff.

• In partnership with Center leadership, manages clinical operations to ensure organizational objectives relative to clinical performance metrics, growth strategy and membership goals are regularly met and/or exceeded.

• Ensures proper back office staffing scheduling, approves staff payroll and PTO, plans for and manages staffing shortages.

• Performs direct patient care duties as/when needed. Patient care may include all duties roles and responsibilities of a Care Promoter.

• Uses data analytics and dashboards to assist with the development and execution of business strategies that increase revenue and quality ratings (HEDIS/STARS/Clinical Gaps) and support our core model.

• Develops protocols and procedures to improve staff productivity. Collaborates with PCPs to coach and manage clinical staff performance; implements progressive improvement plans and disciplinary action when needed.

• Manages medical equipment and supply inventory. Ensures availability and proper preventative maintenance of emergency equipment. Troubleshoots malfunctions, initiates service and repair requests and inspects new equipment.

• Ensures key performance targets are met, including but not limited to: Key Performance Metrics (KPI) metrics, wait times, patient experience and staff engagement and turnover.

• Leads high quality selection, hiring and on-going training and education for clinical staff and Pharmacy/Medication Technicians. Facilitates orientation and onboarding of new clinical team members ensuring they are fully trained in their duties including philosophy of care, patient flow and clinical competencies.

• Ensures regulatory compliance with OSHA, HIPAA and other governing agencies. Enforces clinical and quality standards and internal audit requirements of ChenMed.

• Completes all required training to dispense medications from medication room.

• Performs other duties as assigned and modified at manager’s discretion.

• Highly developed healthcare operations and clinical acumen

• Superb knowledge and understanding of general clinical operations, practices, techniques, medical products, processes and procedures

• Advanced skill in screening patients, medication administration, wound care, vital signs, and drawing blood and other specimens for laboratory work

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and organizational skills. Able to effectively coach, mentor, inspire and encourage top performance

• Proven ability to consistently meet and regularly exceed organizational metrics

• Ability to nurture and maintain high clinical staff engagement and low turnover

• Ability to effectively collaborate and influence team members, including PCPs, Providers and Specialists, market/region/division leaders, center and dyad leaders, nursing staff, and front office staff

• Capability to effectively resolve problems and achieve team goals

• Ability to efficiently multi-task, seamlessly shift priorities and manage multiple projects in tandem. Ability to be and remain calm and flexible in busy or stressful situations

• Detail-oriented to ensure accuracy of patient care, staff scheduling and other pertinent duties

• Customer-focused, compassionate and empathetic with our patient population and their family members

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; competent in other systems required for the position

• Ability and willingness to travel locally, regionally and/or nationwide up to 10% of the time

• Spoken and written fluency in English; Bilingual a plus (Spanish/Creole)

• This job requires use and exercise of independent judgment

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE CRITERIA:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required

• BA/BS degree in Business or Healthcare Administration or a healthcare related field preferred

• Active and good standing Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in current state of employment OR a nationally accredited Certified Medical Assistant required; other clinical licensure/certifications above the minimum requirement may also be considered

• A minimum of 5 years progressive work experience in a medical clinic, hospital or similarly regulated healthcare environment required

• A minimum of 2 years management experience with direct reports required; in a medical clinic, hospital or similarly regulated environment strongly preferred

• IV Therapy certification for LPNs where required by State Board of Nursing

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AMA) or American Red Cross required w/in first 90 days of employment

• Experience working with geriatric patients is preferred

• EMR system experience a plus

PAY RANGE:

The posted pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for this position. Final compensation will depend on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, education, geographic location, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for a bonuses or commissions.
