Job Details Overview We are partnering with a high-growth SaaS organization operating in the healthcare services space to hire a Senior Director of Sales Operations.
This role will serve as a critical strategic partner to the Chief Revenue Officer, owning sales operations, revenue operations, and sales enablement to drive scalable growth, forecasting accuracy, and operational excellence.

Own the sales tech stack, including CRM, outreach/email tools, BI platforms, and related vendor relationships.
Leverage data and analytics to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
Lead and develop a high-performing sales operations team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Serve as a trusted advisor to revenue leadership, delivering clear insights and actionable recommendations.
Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement, or GTM Operations roles, including leadership responsibility.
Strong forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue analytics experience within a sales-driven organization.
Solid financial acumen with experience supporting business cases, ROI analysis, and executive decision-making.
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, BI/reporting tools, and sales engagement technologies.
Proven ability to scale processes, systems, and teams in a growing organization.
Strong cross-functional communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
