As a Home Health Aide (HHA), you’ll work 1-on-1 with your clients inside their homes, and support them with the following types of activities:

- Lead all clients from check in to check out, ensuring Drybar standards are upheld, creating an amazing client experience! Engage with clients and serve complimentary beverages.
- Set the tone of a positive shop atmosphere by approaching the day as if hosting a party.
- Organize and execute shop flow between clients and team members in a positive manner.
- Serve as subject matter expert in reservation system. Ensure client information is recorded with accuracy and timeliness.
- Ability to sell memberships, rebook appointments during check out to increase client retention.
- Troubleshoot any reservation system issues, make necessary changes to client profiles, optimize appointments to fit business needs, and check notes to ensure clients’ needs are met.
- Optimize and maximize appointments with reservation system and ensure timely communication with customer service team.
- Maintain highest degree of ethics when handling client payments and stylists’ tips/commissions. Balance cash drawer at opening, close and at shift changes.
- Problem solve when faced with client concerns or operational issues, always ensuring the solution is focused on providing an excellent experience to the client.
- Maintain overall shop cleanliness by conducting walkthroughs behind the bar and keeping front desk area clean.
- Maintain clear communication with shop management about overall shop operations.
- Educate clients on Drybar products and tools, have the ability to sell and restock shelves.

Overview
Premier Long Island law firm, Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C., is seeking an experienced Trusts & Estates Attorney to join its nationally recognized Trusts & Estates practice group. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' experience in complex and sophisticated estate planning, transfer tax issues and estate administration. A portable book of business is preferred.
This is a unique opportunity to become part of a collaborative and highly respected team known for its leadership and depth of expertise in this sophisticated practice area.

Responsibilities:
- Independently manage complex estate planning, estate and trust administration, and related tax matters.
- Advise clients on estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer (GST) tax planning.
- Draft and implement estate plans, including revocable and irrevocable trusts (such as SLATs and ILITs), charitable trusts, GRATs, QPRTs, and other wealth transfer strategies.
- Prepare estate tax returns.
- Review and analyze gift tax and fiduciary income tax returns.
- Handle all aspects of estate and trust administration from inception through settlement, including probate, fiduciary accountings, and Surrogate's Court or other miscellaneous court proceedings.
- Advise on succession planning for family-owned real estate and closely held businesses.
- Assist with the formation and governance of not-for-profit entities.
- Work with litigation counsel on contested Surrogate's Court matters, including will contests and fiduciary disputes.
- Supervise, mentor, and train junior attorneys.
Requirements
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials. LLM in Taxation is preferred.
- Admission to the New York State Bar.
- 10+ years of sophisticated Trusts & Estates planning, administration and tax.
- Supervisory experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, time management and organizational skills, and a strong work ethic.
The firm offers a comprehensive package including a competitive base salary and performance-based bonus program.
Target Hiring Range: $190,000 – $300,000. Actual compensation will be determined by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, experience, education/training, book of business, and relevant skills.
In addition, the firm offers other benefits including generous paid time off, reimbursement for bar association dues and attorney registration fees, health care, dental and vision insurance, access to flexible spending accounts, and 401(k) plan with employer match.
