Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Santa Clarita, CA

Salary: $150,000 – $190,000 + Benefits

We're representing a leading heavy civil contractor that specializes in earthworks and shoring projects. They have a strong pipeline of work and are looking to bring on an experienced Project Manager to support their continued growth.

As Project Manager, you will take ownership of projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. This role offers the chance to work on complex, large-scale civil projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of earthworks and shoring projects
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and project forecasting
• Lead project teams including engineers, superintendents, and subcontractors
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Identify and mitigate project risks

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within heavy civil construction
• Strong background in earthworks, excavation, and/or shoring projects
• Experience managing large-scale infrastructure or civil works
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong commercial and contractual awareness
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar
