Serves as chief medical officer of the Medical Staff of McLaren Subsidiaries through the subsidiary President, to discharge the organizational and administrative duties and responsibilities relating to Medical Staff affairs. Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
1). Assures implementation of McLaren Health Care’s mission statement, particularly around “quality outcomes and costs”.
2). Responsible for subsidiary quality dashboard ensuring the data is accurate, current and shared across the organization.
3). Regularly reporting quality and safety results to the subsidiary board, medical executive committee and the medical staff.
4). Involved at the system and site level in activities that standardize care delivery to improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Aftermarket Sales: Promote and sell OEM aftermarket parts and services to existing and new customers, ensuring revenue growth and profitability within the aftermarket segment.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including dealerships and end users, providing support and expert advice on the use and proper selection of OEM parts and products.
- Product Support: Provide technical support for aftermarket products, including troubleshooting, identifying parts, and offering solutions for repairs and upgrades.
- Inventory Management: Collaborate with distribution partners to manage inventory levels of aftermarket parts and products, ensuring timely availability and delivery to customers.
- Training and Education: Work with customers on the use of our dealer portal, iStore and related programs.
- Order Entry: Manage orders in a timely manner and update customers accordingly with lead times and pricing.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, purchasing, and operations teams to ensure proper aftermarket pricing and margin targets.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance, quotes, customer feedback, and market trends to help grow market share.

Basic Qualifications:

- 5+ years of proven experience in aftermarket sales, technical support, or customer service within an OEM environment.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

communication skills, computer proficiency, and a commitment to meeting client quality and
timeliness standards. You will work from your own home or office, and service onsite
survey/inspection assignments in the Flint, MI area, and other locations within approximately 100 miles of Flint.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for scheduling on-site surveys and providing risk control reports to
insurance industry clients. These reports contain information necessary to underwrite a
commercial insurance policy and may include recommendations to control and/or correct
potential loss producing conditions associated with that policy. You will be expected to
manage assignments you accept, successfully secure customer appointments within a
local territory and complete work assignments on time.
Our Risk Control Inspectors evaluate businesses behind the scenes to identify hazards and
improve safety, mitigating risks for our insurance company clients. The type of businesses
we survey are commercial operations, including retail, restaurants, hotels, apartments,
construction jobsites, churches, schools, etc. Most surveys are focused on assessing the
business for Property and General Liability coverage, but we also service other commercial
insurance lines of business including Workers Compensation, Auto/Fleet, Products Liability,
Inland Marine and Builders Risk.
Qualifications
Preferred experience in commercial insurance, real estate, inspection, construction, claim,
loss control, underwriting, and/or fire and safety experience is a plus, but all interested

Gestational Carrier Requirements
To ensure a safe and successful journey for both carrier and baby, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Between 21–39 years old
- U.S. citizen living in a surrogate-friendly state
- Have delivered at least one child and are currently parenting
- No more than two (2) C-sections
- Not receiving government or public assistance (including Medicaid, WIC, SNAP/Food Stamps, or state-funded health insurance)
- No history of pregnancy complications (including gestational diabetes, pre-eclampsia, or pre-term labor)
- No history of schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, or major depressive disorder
- Not currently taking medications unsafe for pregnancy (including certain mental health medications)
- Able to travel for medical screening, monitoring, and embryo transfer appointments
- Live a healthy lifestyle free of illicit or recreational drug use
- Have a stable home environment and strong support system

Compensation & Benefits
We recognize the commitment, time, and care involved in being a gestational carrier. Compensation includes:
Base Compensation
- $60,000 – $70,000(First-time carrier to experienced carrier)
Additional Benefits
- $250 monthly expense allowance
- $500 maternity clothing allowance
- $10,500 for multiple birth
- Up to $10,000 for loss of organs (per contract terms)
- Lost wages (carrier and spouse, if applicable — based on employment verification)
- Travel reimbursement
- $200 per week for housekeeping (if medically necessary)
- $20 per hour for childcare (if medically necessary)
