This role offers you the chance to manage diverse personal client accounts, ensuring their needs are met with precision and care. Build and maintain strong relationships with personal clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all their insurance needs.

• Review clients' coverage, identify gaps, and recommend solutions to help them grow and protect their businesses.
• Manage new business and endorsements: prepare applications, present quotes, and submit them to carriers.
• Ensure all client interactions are documented accurately in AMS 360 and maintain up-to-date client records.
• Collaborate with colleagues across personal and commercial lines to provide seamless service and avoid coverage gaps.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, underwriting requirements, and policy changes to ensure clients receive the best service possible.

*Experience in personal lines insurance.

• Proficiency with AMS 360, Microsoft Office, and personal insurance rating systems.
• After training, enjoy a hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
