Role Overview:

The Project Manager will serve as the Owner’s Representative for multiple renovation and capital projects across the Virginia State University campus. Key Responsibilities:

• Administer all phases of projects including design, permitting, and construction
• Manage multiple concurrent renovation projects ranging from $500K–$2M, each at varying stages
• Lead and document design, pre‑construction, and construction meetings
