SUMMARY

About the Role
Under the general supervision of the Director of Manufacturing or Production Manager, the Production Supervisor is responsible for supervising the production team and scheduling shift production activities. This individual will also provide hands on assistance with machine set-ups.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and assign work to production personnel, to support production schedule and priorities.

As a Quality Engineer, you will assist with the development of quality systems, procedures and controls to ensure that all medical products consistently meet performance and quality specifications in the Germantown Manufacturing facility. The Project Manager will have responsibility for customer accounts that will contribute to the growth of the company. The focus of this role will be on the Project Management of mid to large commercial projects while promoting CC&N’s goals, values, and objectives.

We are a stable, growing commercial construction company located in Waukesha, WI, seeking a strong Project Manager (this position is not remote) to oversee full lifecycle project delivery. You’ll lead multiple commercial and retail construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and with exceptional client satisfaction.

What You’ll Do
Preconstruction & Bidding
- Review plans, specifications, and bid documents for accuracy and feasibility.
- Partner with estimating on bid strategy, schedules, and scope development.
- Coordinate pre bid site visits, RFIs, and permitting needs.
Project Management & Execution
- Lead subcontractor buyout, contract negotiation, and purchase order management.
- Build and maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Conduct internal kickoff and subcontractor meetings.
- Provide frequent site visits and progress evaluations.
- Collaborate closely with Superintendents to ensure schedule, safety, and quality standards are met.
- Manage change orders, cost impacts, and client communication.
Project Oversight
- Lead weekly internal project reviews and reporting.
- Monitor financial performance and documentation accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with company processes and industry regulations.
Project Closeout
- Oversee project turnover, O&M manuals, and final documentation.
- Manage punch lists, warranty items, and lessons learned reviews.

What You Bring
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of construction project management experience in commercial/retail settings.
- Proven experience in subcontractor management and schedule coordination.
- OSHA 10 required (OSHA 30 preferred).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management platforms such as Procore, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or Viewpoint.
- Ability to reasonably commute to Waukesha, WI.
