This is more than just a planning role: you’ll combine data-driven production planning with continuous improvement initiatives, working alongside the Operational Excellence team to optimize how life-saving products are distributed.

Projects You’ll Work On
- Analyze order backlog and prioritize tasks based on SLAs and carrier pick-up schedules
- Build and release picking waves using WMS and ERP tools (SalesPad, Koerber, etc.)
- Identify production inefficiencies and lead continuous improvement projects in partnership with the OpEx team
- Monitor real-time order status and shift plans as needed to optimize throughput
- Manage labor allocation across shifts in coordination with warehouse supervisors
- Use Excel and system reporting to track plan vs. fulfillment and deliver key insights to leadership
- Initiate and lead Kaizen events to eliminate process waste and bottlenecks
- Support ongoing documentation of new processes and standard work procedures
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) to automate tasks and improve reporting or communications
What Experience You Should Bring
- 4–6 years of combined warehouse and computer-based planning experience
- Strong working knowledge of WMS and ERP systems (Koerber and SalesPad preferred)
- Microsoft Excel proficiency with strong data analysis and planning tracking
- Prior exposure to Lean Six Sigma methodologies; Kaizen leadership a strong plus
- Experience communicating operational challenges to both floor teams and executive leadership
- Use of generative AI tools to increase productivity is a bonus
