Lifeguards are responsible for enforcing facility rules and regulations while promoting a safe environment for all users. They also conduct regular safety checks and maintain cleanliness in and around the pool area. Ultimately, the Facility Lifeguard contributes to a positive and secure recreational experience for individuals and families.
Minimum Qualifications:
Current Lifeguard Certification from a recognized organization (ARC, Ellis, STARGuard) or ability to take and pass a lifeguard course.Ability to swim proficiently and demonstrate lifeguarding skills.Preferred Qualifications:
