If you represent insurers, self-insureds, or insureds on high-exposure matters and want better economics, stronger support, and more control over your practice, this platform is built for you.
The Practice You’d Be Joining
This firm’s insurance group represents insurance carriers, self-insured entities, and insureds nationwide across virtually every major line of coverage. The team is frequently brought in on high-stakes, multi-party, and novel coverage disputes where creative strategy and trial-level execution matter.
The practice includes deep experience in:

On the defense side, the firm represents insureds in complex, high-risk matters including:
- Professional malpractice (brokers, accountants, engineers, architects, attorneys, healthcare)
- Construction defect and products liability
- Environmental and toxic tort claims
- Premises and catastrophic injury
- Employment and ERISA disputes
- Public entity, civil rights, and IP-related liability
The firm manages matters from pre-suit investigation through trial and appeal, with a strong record of dismissals, summary judgments, defense verdicts, and favorable resolutions.
The platform includes a highly developed practice handling complex, high-exposure insurance matters, including mass torts, environmental and toxic exposure claims, transportation accidents, and multi-party liability disputes. The team represents insurers, self-insured entities, manufacturers, and commercial operators in litigation involving catastrophic injury, property damage, coverage disputes, fraud, and regulatory exposure across multiple jurisdictions.
Matters often involve multi-defendant cases, novel coverage issues, and large loss events, requiring rapid response, forensic investigation, sophisticated coverage analysis, and aggressive defense strategies. The group regularly advises on policy interpretation, allocation, indemnity, and liability defenses while coordinating evidence preservation, SIU investigations, and regulatory compliance for clients facing high-stakes claims.
