Practice Specifics
- Become part of a well-established, multidisciplinary Heart & Vascular team that includes interventional and non-invasive cardiologists, electrophysiologists, cardiothoracic surgeons, vascular surgeons, advanced practitioners, and a dedicated nursing and technical staff.
- Work in state-of-the-art facilities equipped with cutting-edge imaging technologies and a fully equipped cardiovascular lab.

- Experience a balanced schedule that promotes excellent work-life integration while working in both ambulatory and hospital outpatient settings, with acute care cardiology rotations supporting the cardiology consult service.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care with a strong emphasis on prevention, diagnosis, and management of cardiovascular conditions.
- Perform and interpret non-invasive cardiac tests, including echocardiography, stress testing, nuclear cardiology, CCT, and CMR.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create personalized treatment plans for patients.
- Participate in teaching and mentorship opportunities with residents and medical students, shaping the next generation of physicians.
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives and have the option to contribute to clinical research if desired.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree.
·Board-certified or board-eligible in cardiovascular disease.
·Expertise in non-invasive imaging modalities.
·cardiac CT would be desired and CMRI reading would be plus
·Eligible for medical licensure in Minnesota.

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pediatric Anesthesiologist to join our medical team (22 Anesthesiologists). The successful candidate will be responsible for administering anesthesia to all patients with a focus on infants, children, and adolescents undergoing surgical and medical procedures. The Pediatric Anesthesiologist will ensure the safety and comfort of young patients before, during, and after anesthesia.
Key Responsibilities:
Preoperative Assessment:
- Conduct thorough preoperative evaluations of all patients with a focus on pediatric patients.
Review medical histories, allergies, and previous anesthesia experiences.
Discuss anesthesia plans with patients' families and address any concerns.
Anesthesia Administration:
- Develop and implement anesthesia care plans tailored to each patient with a focus on pediatric patients.
Administer general, regional, or local anesthesia safely and effectively.
Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels as needed during procedures.
Intraoperative Care:
- Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other medical professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
Manage and treat any anesthesia-related complications that may arise during surgery.
Postoperative Care:
- Oversee the recovery of patients from anesthesia.
Provide pain management and postoperative care instructions.
Monitor patients in the recovery room and address any immediate postoperative issues.
Emergency Response:
- Respond promptly to any anesthesia-related emergencies.
Implement life-saving measures and stabilize patients as necessary.
Education and Training:
- Educate patients' families about anesthesia procedures and postoperative care.
Participate in the training and mentoring of medical students, residents, and other healthcare professionals.
Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records of anesthesia care provided.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulations, and standards.
Qualifications:

Essentia Health offers a 1-year fellowship for Family Medicine physicians who desire advanced training in Obstetrics subsequent to medical practice in rural locations.
- Six Months of training will be dedicated to management if routine and high-risk obstetrics, developing competence inoperative deliveries and Cesarean section, and expanding skills in ultrasound, newborn resuscitation/stabilization, and colposcopy.
- Curriculum consists of: 24 weeks obstetrics, 12 weeks outpatient primary care, 8 weeks emergency medicine/trauma/critical care and 4 weeks electives.

Psychiatry – Child and Adolescent Outpatient Clinic

PRACTICE SPECIFICS
- Join a dynamic team providing psychiatry services in an ambulatory clinic setting through an integrated team-based behavioral/mental health care delivery!
- Practice includes psychiatric evaluation, treatment, outpatient assessment and follow-up clinic.
- Desirable work schedule: Monday-Friday, with flexibility, up to a full FTE. Option for hybrid telehealth and clinic practice.
- Clinical decision support, consult with experienced psychiatrists and advanced practice providers on patient cases.
- Dedicated Clinic team supporting your practice by attending to scheduling, care coordination, phone triage, process refills, and other administrative tasks.
- Can do a mix of face-to-face patient encounters with virtual encounters.
- 1.0 FTE
- Patient Contact Hours: 35 for full-time
- Interest in ECT’s would be supported.
- Opportunity to work on the inpatient unit and/or participate in back-up call pool for additional compensation. (APRN’s take 100% of primary clinic call).
About our Behavioral Health Team:
- Join a group of 10 adults, 4 child and adolescent psychiatrists providing behavioral health care within a large integrated health system that is recognized for high-quality care.
- The Behavioral Health Division provides a spectrum of care for children and adults, including inpatient psychiatric care, consult-liaison and emergency psychiatry, intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization programs, outpatient behavioral health clinic, and primary care-behavioral health integration.
- Other members of the team include doctoral level psychologists, health psychologists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, psychotherapists, community health workers, RNs, and clinical assistants.
REQUIREMENTS
- Board Certified/Board Eligible Adult Psychiatrist
- Board Certified/Board Eligible Child and Adolescent

COMPENSATION
$350,000. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
