Compensation: $100,000 – $115,000 Base + Bonus (OTE ~$150,000)

A growing and highly respected restoration services organization is seeking a General Manager of Mitigation to lead mitigation operations and develop high-performing field teams.

This is an ideal opportunity for a Senior Mitigation Project Manager or Mitigation Leader ready to step into broader leadership responsibilities. The role is approximately 75% office-based and 25% field-based, overseeing multiple mitigation projects and coaching teams to deliver exceptional results.

• Lead and develop a team of Mitigation Project Managers and Technicians

• Manage and oversee large-scale mitigation projects from start to finish

• Train PMs and field staff on mitigation best practices, safety, and execution standards

• Serve as a client-facing leader on complex or high-visibility projects

• Coordinate with insurance adjusters and stakeholders throughout project lifecycle

• Ensure operational efficiency, quality control, and profitability across mitigation operations

• Support emergency response efforts including occasional weekend or disaster-response deployments

• 3–5+ years of hands-on mitigation experience

• Proven experience managing mitigation projects and field teams

• Strong leadership potential with ability to train and mentor others

• Experience working with insurance adjusters strongly preferred

• Background in restoration, water mitigation, fire/smoke mitigation, or environmental services

• Highly organized, hardworking, and comfortable in fast-paced environments

• Willingness to travel occasionally for large loss or disaster response
