As a Patient Flow Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring patients receive timely, efficient, and compassionate care from the moment they arrive in the Emergency Department. You’ll oversee patient movement, balance department resources, and work closely with clinical and operational teams to maintain a steady flow that supports both quality care and staff efficiency. Through collaboration, communication, and quick decision-making, you’ll help minimize wait times, improve patient experiences, and enhance overall department performance. 

Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with Emergency Department staff to ensure appropriate patient placement and efficient movement throughout all stages of care 
• Coordinating EMS transports and triage operations to support timely room assignments, hand-offs, and safe transitions of care 
• Partnering with the Nursing Supervisor to facilitate patient transfers and admissions from the Emergency Department 
• Monitoring staffing levels and patient volumes to recommend optimal scheduling that maintains safe and effective workflow 
• Analyzing wait times, test turnaround, and other throughput indicators to identify process improvements and promote operational efficiency 
• Acting as a liaison between physicians, patients, families, and hospital departments to foster communication, teamwork, and exceptional patient experiences 

Experience 

· 5 years of nursing experience in an acute care setting – preferred

• Highly Proficient in developing firmware based on industry standard initiatives PLDM, MCTP, SPDM.

• Knowledge of low-level protocols including I2c, I3c, PCIe, JTAG, SPI, eSPI, UART expected

• Hands on experience with end-to-end Firmware from pre to post-silicon and production cycle.

• 5+ years device driver or embedded firmware development experience

• Experience with Zephyr RTOS

• Demonstrated proficiencies with firmware lab debug, triaging and implementation of bug fixes for silicon bring-up, through production.

• Comfortable in Linux build environment

Academic Credentials:

• BSEE, BSCS, or BSCE degree or higher.

• 5+ years or more of firmware development.

• 3+ years or more of manageability firmware experience.

We’re looking for a hands-on Performance Ad Creative Designer to join an ambitious, fast-moving growth agency with LA and Orange County, CA roots and a newly-established office in Austin, TX.

Our ideal candidate is a one-person creative engine capable of concepting, designing, editing, and iterating high-converting, high-volume ads with a primary initial focus on scaling telehealth and next-gen wellness brands to 7+ figures/month in ad spend.

This is not a Creative Director role.

This is not campaign management.

This is not brand-only work.

You will personally produce the ad creative that fuels aggressive growth and testing environments. If your portfolio doesn’t reference performance metrics, this probably isn’t the role. • Ship high volume creative weekly without sacrificing performance quality
