Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Systems Engineer / Principal Systems Engineer . This position is located in Roy, UT or Huntsville, AL and supports the Sentinel program.

The successful candidate will demonstrate technical skills, organization, be an effective communicator, and problem solver who is able to develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The selected candidate will join our team of qualified individuals. This role will be a member of a team of system engineers who will continue to mature the interfaces products for the weapon system from Preliminary Design Review phase to a Critical Design Review and beyond. The role includes working in a Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and/or supporting the development of at least the following key interface artifacts:
  • Interface Control Documents (ICDs)
  • Interface Requirements & Verification Plans
  • Interface Logical and Physical Architecture
  • Interface Nx CAD Models

This position’s standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.


Basic Qualifications
This requisition may be filled at either the Systems Engineer level (T-02) or Principal Systems Engineer level (T-03).

Illumination Works is looking for an OT System Administrator to be responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of systems and networks supporting industrial operations. This includes monitoring, securing, and optimizing OT infrastructure such as SCADA systems, HMIs, PLC networks, and industrial control systems (ICS) to ensure uninterrupted production and compliance with cybersecurity best practices.


The key responsibilities of an OT System Administrator include:

  • Administer and support OT systems including SCADA, PLCs, HMIs, RTUs, and DCS within government-operated facilities
  • Support and manage OT networks and ensure compliance with government cybersecurity frameworks (e.g. NIST 800-82, CISA guidelines, FISMA)
  • Maintain availability, integrity, and security of OT networks and systems
  • Apply patches, updates, and backups to OT hardware/software in accordance with change management procedures
  • Monitor OT network performance and diagnose, resolve, and document system issues
