The goal ratio is 2pts to 1 nurse, with 1:1 or 3:1 on occasion.

The team works closely with the dedicated ICU providers to ensure that patients receive top quality, multi-disciplinary ICU care during their stay in the unit.

The Registered Nurse RN, within the scope of the Ohio Nurse Practice Act, will provide care in an atmosphere sensitive to each person's physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs.

The registered nurse would expect to see pre-surgical and post-surgical care cases.
