We are looking for a dynamic individual who functions as the point person and educator for of the Robotics Program for the facility. Provides support to the Department, Staff and physicians for the Robotics Program in the Operating Room. Assists in managing the Robotic surgery schedule. This Registered Nurse PACU opportunity is per diem and offers a convenient schedule. This individual will function in PACU environment and provides direct patient care to infant through geriatric patient populations. Addresses the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care related to the surgical environment. Assists with the maintenance of PHA and PACU equipment and inventory. Participates in performance improvement activities. Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates the care of patients undergoing surgical, pain management, and endoscopic procedures. Responsible for monitoring patient's physiological status in the immediate postoperative environment. Communicates with surgeon and anesthesiologist immediately and as needed about patient condition; receives direction for patient management. Intercedes to maintain optimum homeostasis. Proficient in pain management, guidelines and medication dosing. Maintains regulatory agency requirements, nursing and hospital policies, procedures and standards.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
* Demonstrates supportive behaviors necessary for performing bedside report using IMAP & SBAR
* Perform head to toe pre-procedure assessment on all patients and reassesses post procedure as needed
* Ability to formulate an individualized plan of care as indicated and evaluates for effectiveness.
* Adequately assess and reassess pain. Utilizes appropriate pain management techniquess.
* Educates the patient and family regarding pain management

Job Description:Rite-HiteService Technicianswill install, maintain, and repair loading dock equipment and industrial doors at customer facilities. In addition, Service Technicians act as a technical resource for our customers and our sales force. This position works independently or in small teams in a field service environment, and is a primary customer contact.
The pay range for this position is $20-35. We take geographic differentials into consideration in areas of higher cost of living. We offer nine paid holidays (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year's Eve). New employees are eligible for up to two weeks of vacation (pro-rated based on hire date within 1st year of employment). We offer additional paid time off based on tenure. Based on time in the job, you will be eligible for additional PTO (vacation, sick leave, etc.). We offer 72 hours PTO (1 hour for every 40 worked) to employees in California.
Required Experience:Rite-Hitesells the best and we hire the best. This position requires experience welding and working with mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems. Prior experience in the repair or installation of industrial equipment is preferred. Selected candidate must be able to work independently in a field environment. Good customer service skills are required. This position requires the ability to work outdoors, at heights, and lift up to 100 pounds. As this position requires driving a company vehicle, a pre-employment drug test and clean driving record are required, as is a DOT physical.

The hiring range for this position in USA-NV-Sparks is $23.35-$32.10 per hour based on a 40-hour work week. The number of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
