What you'll do:

- Labeling, replenishing, box making, loading/unloading trailers, moving stowed product to various locations using a Forklift, etc.
- Fulfilling and coordinating orders to ensure customer delivery process is efficient and accurate.
- Crafting accurate shipping documentation for domestic shipments.
- Safely and efficiently operating Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and material handling equipment to receive or transport product to storage and staging locations.
What you'll need:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- This role requires the ability to read, write, and speak English in order to understand and follow safety procedures, interpret work instructions, complete required documentation, and communicate effectively with team members.
- Understand and adhere to our safety guidelines and procedures.
- Willing to be trained on PIT equipment—e.g., Movexx/Amigo, Walkie Stacker, Double Walkie Rider, etc.
Physical job requirements:
- Walk up to 2 miles per shift.
- Frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
- Frequently lift up to 70 pounds using an optional team lift.
- Rarely lift greater than 70+ pounds using a team lift.
- Stand, push, pull, carry, squat, and kneel.
- Climb up and down stairs (where applicable).

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage complex civil litigation and transactional matters related to:
- Community Association (HOA/COA) disputes and governance
- Eminent Domain and inverse condemnation proceedings
- Real property transactions, boundary/title disputes, and land use issues
- Commercial and residential foreclosure actions and bankruptcy filings
- Provide high-level legal counsel and strategy to a diverse client base, including homeowners' associations, property owners, developers, and governmental entities
- Collaborate with other partners to set strategic goals and drive firm growth
- Maintain and grow a substantial client base, with expectations of business development and cross-selling firm services
- Participate in firm governance, management meetings, and marketing efforts
Job Requirements:
- J.D. from an accredited law school; active and in good standing with the Nevada State Bar or nearing graduation
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a law clerk or externship
- Strong knowledge of state and federal laws related to real property, community associations, and bankruptcy
- Proven ability to originate and manage significant client relationships
- Exceptional written, oral, and analytical skills
- Experience with alternative dispute resolution and courtroom litigation
