Primary Responsibilities
- Assess and manage a variety of ENT conditions, including sinus disorders, ear pathology, and throat/voice complaints
- Participate in in-office procedures such as:
- Flexible and rigid nasal endoscopy
- Cerumen removal
- Nasal and sinus debridement
- Provide both pre-operative evaluations and post-operative follow-up care
- Collaborate closely with ENT physicians and clinic staff to ensure continuity and quality of care
- Complete accurate, timely documentation using EMR (eClinicalWorks experience preferred)
- Participate in a shared, low-volume triage call schedule
- Maintain CME, licensure, and all necessary certifications
Candidate RequirementsRequired:
- Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state of Arizona
- National certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA)
- Minimum of 3 years of direct clinical ENT experience
Preferred:
- ENT experience involving oncology, thyroid, or head and neck cancer care
- Comfort with or interest in pediatric ENT
- Familiarity with eClinicalWorks
- Ability to independently manage a daily caseload of 15?25 patients
- Existing ENT procedural skills or eagerness to develop them

As a provider in our Atlas Medical Team, you will be entrusted with delivering mobile on-site primary care services to our vulnerable patient population residing in assisted living and other senior communities.
