Position Overview: We're hiring a Physician Assistant in our Cranford, NJ office. This position includes Saturday shifts. The Physician Assistant will promote and maintain health by providing medical services under the supervision of a physician.
Hours: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Collaboration: Collaborate with physicians to identify and address patient care issues, offer relevant insights, and implement physician instructions for effective patient care.
- Patient Evaluation: Evaluate patient health through interviews, physical exams, and medical history reviews.
- Diagnostic Testing: Identify medical conditions by conducting or ordering tests like X-rays, EKGs, and lab studies, and interpret the results.
- Patient Records: Maintain detailed patient records in Athena and other electronic systems.
- Medical Procedures: Perform various medical procedures, including administering injections, suturing, wound care, and immunizations.
- Patient Education: Educate and counsel patients on treatment plans, growth and development, family planning, emotional well-being, and health maintenance.
- Patient Management: Develop and implement comprehensive patient management plans for seamless care continuity.
- Compliance: Ensure a safe and compliant work environment by adhering to established procedures, rules, and regulations, with a focus on infection control.
- Professional Development: Stay current with federal, state, and local laws and professional requirements, and provide guidance on necessary actions.
- Continuing Education: Stay updated with the latest medical advancements and practices by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, networking, and participating in professional societies.
- Team Collaboration: Contribute to the growth of the healthcare team by providing information, educational opportunities, and hands-on experiences.
- Quality Patient Care: Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to achieve common objectives and deliver high-quality patient care.
Qualifications:
- Physician Assistant Certification
- Licensure: Registration & Licensure by the New Jersey State Board of Medical Examiners/Physician Assistant Advisory (or ability to obtain licensure by the hire date).
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in an outpatient primary care office, preferably family or internal medicine.

We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified or Board Eligible Pediatrician to join a growing and dynamic multi-specialty group near Hillside, New Jersey.
This is a permanent, full-time position offering the opportunity to provide high-quality care to pediatric patients in a well-established practice setting.
Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive pediatric care for patients from newborn to 18 years old in an office-based setting.
Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and injuries, prescribe medications, and offer preventative health advice.
Perform routine vaccinations and order necessary tests, follow-up visits, and referrals to specialists as needed.
Maintain accurate medical documentation, ensuring 80%+ E/M coding accuracy with a goal of 95%.
Provide guidance and support to clinical and administrative staff.
Participate in an on-call rotation, which includes one weekend a month and one hospital round per week.
Participate in a rotating Saturday shift (once a month, 9:00 am ??? 1:00 pm).
Support patients??? recovery by following up on treatment outcomes and providing health education.
Job Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 9:00 am
- 5:15 pm.
One Saturday shift per month: 9:00 am

Qualifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics (within 5 years of eligibility).
Active New Jersey medical license (or willingness to obtain).
BLS certification required (or willingness to obtain).
DEA certification required (or willingness to obtain).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on providing patient-centered care.
EMR experience preferred (Athena).
