May also be responsible for the physical loading, unloading and/or sorting of packages by hand, including lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying and placing, in a safe and efficient manner.
Essential Function • Performs trailer switches defined as hooking and moving a parked trailer from the yard to a load/unload door or hooking and moving a trailer from a door to the yard.
• Communicates with management and/or central control to coordinate trailer movements in the yard.
• Documents trailer moves using the Yard Management System (where available) or switcher cards.
• Performs pre- and post-trip inspections on switcher equipment.
• Understands and demonstrates effective yard switching safety processes and procedures.
In addition to the above essential functions, Switchers may also be required to perform Package Handler essential functions as follows: • Utilizes “hand-to-surface” methods for all package handling.
• Loads and unloads packages onto or from delivery vehicles, trailers, conveyor system carts and load gratings.
• Lifts, carries, pushes and pulls packages on a continuous and repetitive basis for approximate shifts of two to four hours.
• Determines the appropriate conveyor system by scanning packages, reading labels and charts, verifying numbers and memorizing information and sorts packages accordingly.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities • Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain a Department of Transportation (DOT) file.

- Possess a current valid driver's license

The partnership of RWJBarnabas Health and Rutgers University has created the largest integrated healthcare system in New Jersey. The successful candidate will be expected to manage and develop the CBMC PICU clinical and academic programs and partner with the other critical care leaders to manage and integrate the service system-wide. They will work with the RWJBH System Medical Director of Pediatric Critical Care to accomplish these goals along with other Pediatric Service Line objectives. The right intensivist leader will join our 23 other intensivists who manage 54 PICU beds in a well-functioning group and will value camaraderie, adaptability and teamwork. We seek a candidate with experience in managing complex situations, interacting with hospital administration and mentoring of new faculty.

- CBMC is the home of the Children’s Kidney Center that cares for the largest number of pediatric renal transplant recipients in the state. Our PICU is integral to the success of this program

RWJBarnabas Health, the largest and most comprehensive academic health system in New Jersey, is seeking an Surgical Oncologist to join our growing team at Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center (CBMC). This role offers a unique balance of innovative surgical care, and system-wide impact in cancer services, all within one of the largest and most integrated health systems in the state. We encourage all board-certified or board-eligible surgeons with fellowship training in Complex General Surgical Oncology to contribute to a dynamic academic, clinical, and research-focused environment to apply!

Position Highlights:
- Clinical Excellence & Program Development
- Provide high-level care in gastrointestinal and hepatobiliary surgical oncology
- Participate in shared weekend and holiday call including surgical oncology coverage for other northern rwjbh sites, as needed
- Assist in expanding and marketing the RWJBH/RCINJ surgical oncology service line in Northern New Jersey
- Serve on the CBMC Cancer Committee and multi-disciplinary tumor boards
The anticipated salary range for this position if hired to work is $300,000 to $600,000 per year.
