The professional registered nurse Outpatient RN CAP 1 is an entry level designation into the Clinical Advancement Program (CAP). This position is accountable and responsible for the provision and coordination of clinically competent care including assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation for an assigned group of patients. This may include delegation of appropriate tasks to direct patient care staff including but not limited to RNs, LVN/LPNs and Patient Care Technicians. As a member of the End Stage Kidney Disease (ESKD) health care team, this position participates in decision-making, teaching, leadership functions, and quality improvement activities that enhance patient care outcomes and facility operations.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensures correct laboratory collection, processing and shipping procedures are performed and reschedules missed or insufficient laboratory collections.
Identifies expected outcomes, documents and updates the nursing assessment and plan of care for assigned patients through collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Team.
Ensures patient awareness related to transplant and treatment modality options.

- Sanitizes all unloading equipment prior to use.
- Check security seals on tankers and verify against manifest.
- Check all incoming tanker loads for order, temperature, taste, and any other factors as indicated.
- Collect samples of incoming product, using defined procedures, and take to laboratory for analysis.

About the Role
The Mechanical Pipefitting/Piping Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, bids, and budget plans for industrial mechanical projects. The Procurement Analyst is responsible for the purchase of general material and construction supplies as assigned. The Procurement Analyst will issue purchase orders, releasing material from existing purchase orders, and expedite material and supplies.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Receives and reviews field requisitions for completeness and accuracy; conferring with requestor when clarification is required.
- Releases material from pre‐negotiated blanket purchase orders, maintaining tracking logs of released material and quantities released.

Requirements
* Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
* Meets qualifications as established by APTA
* Active Physical Therapy License in State of Practice
* Current BLS/CPR certification

The successful candidate should be able to perform ALL of the following functions at a pace and level of performance consistent with the actual job performance requirements.
1. Apply appropriate nursing skills in the area and treatment of inmates/residents.
2. Attend sick call with the physician to see inmates/residents; prepare a list of inmates/residents to be examined; prepare examining room and equipment
3. Examine and assess new inmates/residents with illnesses or injuries or inmates/residents who become ill or injured; refer inmates/residents to the emergency room or other appropriate healthcare facilities as required by their condition.
4. Perform emergency procedures as needed and notify Licensed Independent Provider for treatment orders.
5. Provide guidance, supervise and monitor nursing care provided by licensed vocational/practical nursing staff and non-licensed medical staff.
Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited college, university or nursing program with a degree/diploma in nursing.
- Must possess current licensure in the state of employment.
- One (1) year of professional nursing experience preferred.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- Minimum age requirement: Must be at least 21 years of age.
