What you will do: Responsibilities listed include but not limited to:

• 
  
• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans
  
• Regularly re-assess effectiveness of treatment plans, attend staffing meetings and family conferences
  
• Perform discharge evaluations, make appropriate recommendations for home and community safety, and provide referral and education resources
  
• Communicate patient's needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, person receiving services and family members
  
• Communicates with other disciplines to ensure collaboration, coordination of care and enhance patient outcomes
  

What you will need:

• 
  
• Minimum of bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from a college or university with accredited Physical Therapy program
  
• Current, unrestricted license as Physical Therapist by state in which practicing
  
• Current Basic Life Support or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation certification in accordance state regulations
  
• A minimum of one year's work experience as a physical therapist preferred
  
• Demonstrates knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological injury
  
• Communicates effectively and professionally in verbal and written interactions
  
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
  
• Moving, lifting, or transferring of patients which may involve lifting of up to 100 pounds following safety procedures
  
• Duties require fine motor skills,visual acuity, and walking/ standing for extended periods
  
• Additional physical requirements include: pushing/pulling, bending/stooping, reaching, kneeling, and positioning frequently at times
  
• A health screen or examination may be required prior to assignment and periodically thereafter, depending on the specific location policy, local or state regulations to verify that he/she is physically capable of performing assigned duties with or without reasonable accommodations
  

Job Summary

Highway Specialties is an established and growing Northwest leader in traffic control safety equipment sales and rentals. As the Office Manager, you will support operations by managing customer service operations and internal planning to meet current obligations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Serves customers by providing product and service information, taking orders, and answering questions.
• Enters quotes, sales, and rental orders, verifies product pricing, processes change orders as needed.
• Resolves escalated product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
• Upsells and attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
• Submits material bids/estimates in conjunction with management.
• Plans timely order fulfillment in conjunction with other departments.
• Uses internal resources to provide quick action and follow-up on time-sensitive issues.
• Keeps management informed of sales activity by submitting reports as requested.

Other Relevant Tasks and Obligations

• Actively builds customer base and maintains existing customer relationships.
• Maintains customer records by keeping current information.
• Exhibits polite, professional, and timely communication via phone, email, and mail.

In this role, you will:

• Perform a vital part of the patient care process through embedding, cutting via microtome, and preparing slides for routine H&E and special stain/immunohistochemical staining procedures.
• Performs and documents scheduled preventative maintenance.
• Recognize when troubleshooting is needed for processing, embedding, cutting, staining.
• Work in a fast-paced laboratory environment with biological and chemical hazards.
• Champion safety, compliance, and quality control.

All you need is:

• 6 months of histology laboratory experience (embedding, cutting, etc.)
• HT/HTL certification or graduation from a school of Histotechnology may be accepted in lieu of experience requirement.
• Strong reading, writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to safely operate general laboratory equipment.

Bonus points if you’ve got:

• ASCP HT/HTL certification or a graduate from a school of Histotechnology accredited by CAHEA/NAACLS.
• Documented special stain and immunohistochemistry experience.

Requirements:

• Master's degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.

Pay: $80-$99 per hour. Pay rates are based on the provider license type, session location, and session types.
