Overview:~ Perform routine repair and maintenance of plumbing systems, including fire systems, irrigation systems, filtration and chlorination systems and sanitary and storm drainage systems.

Responsibilities: Job Duties:Repair and maintain a variety of Park facilities including irrigations systems, sinks, storm drains, underground, water lines, piping, quick couplers, valves, compressed air lines, sanitary sewer, natural gas lines, bathroom fixtures, restaurant fixtures, misters, pumps, etc.Make daily rounds of all restroom facilities.

Make needed repairs to toilets and sinks.

Unclog toilets as needed.Perform general maintenance on pumps and motors.Work assignments will include ditch digging, trouble shooting, shop and area clean up, driving company vehicles and equipment, special work for promotional events.Install new fixtures and fabricate items as necessary.

Cut and prepare pipe for new usages.Cross trained in minimal diagnostic coverage of kitchen and HVAC equipment.All other duties as assigned.Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications :Two or more years of experience repairing and maintaining plumbing systemsWater park equipment experience a plusCPO certification a plusState Plumbing license a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent experienceThe ability to work flexible shifts including weekendsMust possess the mental and physical capacities necessary to perform the primary job duties, including climbing and working at heights up to and in excess of 150ft., crawling and working in confined spaces and lifting up to 100 lbs.

• Cardiac physician also covers general OR cases

• Credentialing Timeline 90 Days

• Staffing Model: 7 MDs, 11 CRNAs
• 292 licensed beds
• 10-11 OR s plus OB running daily; 3 to 4 rooms run late daily until about 7pm
• 10,000 annual cases
• Must be comfortable with OB
• 1600 Deliveries a Year; 70% Epidurals, 25% C-Section (includes VBACS)
• Cases include wide variety of cases from general to cardiac including GYN, eyes, craniotomies, ENT. Have a broad diversity in practice and general surgery very busy. Also do robotic surgery for general surgery, gynecology, and ortho. No hearts. Level 3 NICU but irrelevant to the practice
• Approximately 100 bypass cases / year and 99% on bypass, not off pump. Utilize TEE.
• Lots of regional anesthesia
• Surgery Center
• Call Required:
  • MD In house call 1:9, 2 rooms 10 hours, 4 rooms 8 hours
  • Physicians have about four 1st calls/month (in house) and 3-4 back up calls/month.
• Both Physicians and CRNA can and will push meds, induction is collaborative process. Physicians perform the majority of the other regional blocks (femoral, interscalene, etc.)
