What You’ll Do

• Lead all on-site electrical construction activities from start to finish
• Supervise foremen, crews, and subcontractors
• Coordinate manpower, materials, and daily/weekly work plans
• Ensure work is executed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards
• Collaborate with Project Managers, GCs, and other trades
• Oversee installation of power distribution, switchgear, generators, UPS, lighting, fire alarm, and low-voltage systems
• Enforce OSHA, NEC, and company safety standards

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years as an Electrical Superintendent or Senior Electrical Foreman
• Strong background in heavy commercial or industrial construction
• Experience on mission-critical or high-tech facilities preferred
• Proven leadership and crew management skills
