The Litigation Associate will be expected to handle all aspects of a case, from initial client consultation through final resolution.

Responsibilities: Handle all aspects of litigation, including trial, depositions, motions, and briefs.

Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case preparation.

Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.

Attend court proceedings and represent clients at depositions, mediations, and trials.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and advice on legal matters.

Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients in an effort to resolve disputes efficiently.

Collaborate with legal team members to develop effective case strategies.

Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that may affect clients or their cases.

Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Admission to the state bar of Florida Experience in a law firm setting (internships are okay) Experience with trial, depositions, motions, and briefs.

Exceptional analytical skills, with a strong ability to think strategically and analytically about case details and potential outcomes.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information in court and negotiate on behalf of clients.

Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.

Proficient in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to manage a heavy caseload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

High level of professionalism and ethical standards.

Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing tasks with minimal supervision.
