Job PurposeThis role provides high quality, proactive legal services, negotiating, drafting, and advising on Honda contracts that have a substantial impact on Honda’s manufacturing operations and potential liabilities. This includes advising on contracts for direct parts, raw materials, & dealer service parts contracts, capital production equipment and other facility and production related contracts, supply chain contracts, service agreements, and logistics contracts. The role will provide timely and cost-effective basis for moderate to highly complex matters. Key Accountabilities- Direct and Indirect Commercial Support: Provide high quality advice and negotiation, in a timely and cost-effective manner, to enable Honda Companies and/or divisions to meet legal obligations and reduce risk for moderate to complex commercial transactions. This includes negotiating and managing high value/critical contracts for direct automotive parts, raw materials, & dealer service parts contracts, capital production equipment & other facility and production related contracts, as well as supply chain contracts, service agreements, and logistics contracts. Support and lead special projects and other commercial and law initiatives. Job Purpose
Site Delivery Frame Business Administrative staff manages mass production part ordering and delivery through effective planning, communication, and supplier interface. Apply technical and problem solving skills to prevent impact to operations and support achievement of department targets.
Key Accountabilities
Manage assigned suppliers – daily ordering, receiving confirmation, performance management, project and improvement activities.
• Establish and maintain communication networks with supply base to promote positive relationship focused on delivery performance

Senior Design Engineer responsible for the conceptual design and production engineering of Aircraft Flight Control Mechanical Systems. The candidate will be responsible for conceptual layout, detailed design, hands on aircraft production support, in-service design support for mechanical and electromechanical aspects of the aircraft flight control system. We are seeking an experienced Aerospace Stress Engineer with a robust background in the analysis, certification, and testing of both composite and metallic primary structures. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex engineering concepts effectively.
Key Accountabilities- Experience with stress analysis of composite primary structures (experience with metallic structures is highly desirable).
- Conduct detailed stress analysis using both classical hand calculation methods (e.g., Bruhn, Peery, Roark, ESDU) and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) tools.
- Prepare and author certification stress reports; collaborate with FAA Designated Engineering Representatives (DERs).
- Support and interpret structural testing activities.
- Clearly communicate and justify analysis methods, assumptions, and results to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in aerospace or mechanical engineering required.
- FAA DER certification (14 CFR Part 23/25) is a significant plus but not required. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Expertise in Finite Element Analysis tools such as NASTRAN and FEMAP.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

The Flight Test Maintenance Technician supports experimental aircraft programs by installing, troubleshooting, and repairing aircraft systems across multiple platforms. The role involves hands‑on work with flight controls, landing gear, hydraulics, pneumatics, fuel systems, and engines to ensure safe, reliable, and compliant aircraft performance throughout flight test operations. As part of a new aircraft certification program, the technician contributes to the development, integration, and validation of next‑generation systems that advance the aircraft toward regulatory approval and entry into service.
Key Accountabilities- Perform all aircraft maintenance as required to support mission readiness; inspect, test, adjust, and repair aircraft mechanical systems including flight controls, landing gear, hydraulics, pneumatics, fuel, and engines.
- Support aircraft repairs and modifications for experimental aircraft.
- Perform pre‑ and post‑flight inspections; remove and install engines; rig flight controls; remove, install, and rig landing gear; and carry out additional related maintenance duties.
- Test mechanical equipment under simulated or actual operating conditions to determine performance and airworthiness, using test equipment, such as hydraulic test stand, pressurization test stand, tension meters and bore scope etc.
- Adjust, replace, or repair defective components based on analysis of functional test results, following blueprints, schematics, handbooks, and other technical documents.
- Perform, document, and verify engineering changes, modifications, and updates; maintain accurate records for inspection and compliance.
- Collaborate with system engineers on design changes, modifications, and troubleshooting.
- Operate ground support equipment safely and support ground operations for flight‑test activities.
- Perform ground operation and line service for experimental operations.
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed in compliance with FAA and company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment; comply with FOD control, tool control, 5S, PPE, and all safety programs.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License required.
- Applicable work experience minimum 3-5 years required.
- Hands‑on experience with aircraft repair or modification.
- Experience with experimental aircraft or R&D programs preferred.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings.
- Proficiency in mechanical, airframe, and powerplant systems including installation, repair, and fabrication.
- Strong interpersonal skills and sound judgment in aircraft repair and fabrication, effectively collaborating with engineers to address design and modification requirements.
- Effective collaboration with engineers, suppliers, and vendors; able to represent the company professionally.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
- Strong prioritization, problem‑solving, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing schedules and operational needs.
- Willingness to travel and work overtime as required.
