EMT Pay Rate: $19.50/hr Paramedic Pay Rate: $21.50/hr Qualifications: MUST BE at least 18 years of age.
Valid Driver’s License.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Maintain applicable National Registry certifications (EMT-P, EMT–I, EMT-CT).
Possess and maintain a valid and current park driving permit.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to interpret written, oral, and diagnostic form instructions.
Ability to use good judgment and remain calm in high-stress situations.
Ability to work effectively in an environment with loud noises and flashing lights.
Ability to function effectively through an entire shift or assignment.
Ability to calculate weight and volume ratios and read small print, both under life-threatening time restrictions.
Ability to read, converse and understand English.
Ability to appropriately interview patients, family members, bystanders, and witnesses.
Ability to document in writing, all relevant information in a prescribed format.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, carry, manipulate, and operate medical equipment, in excess of 75 pounds.

Ability to withstand varied environmental conditions such as extreme heat, cold, moisture, dryness, etc.

Certified Athletic Trainer – Sports Secondary School Setting

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Certified Athletic Trainer to partner with local high school athletic programs. This role provides direct support to student-athletes during practices, games, and select away events, with a focus on injury prevention, evaluation, and rehabilitation. You’ll work closely with coaches, athletic directors, and healthcare providers to ensure the safety and performance of athletes.
Schedule: Primarily after-school, evenings, nights, and weekends during the academic year. Summer hours may include camp coverage (6:00 AM – 3:00 PM).
Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site coverage for practices and games, including football and other sports.
- Deliver emergency care, injury assessment, and rehabilitation services.
- Coordinate athlete care with physicians, physical therapists, and coaches.
- Maintain accurate injury reports and treatment documentation.
- Educate athletes on injury prevention and safe return-to-play protocols.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $60,000 - $80,000
- $5,000 sign-on bonus (paid on Day 1)
- CEU reimbursement: $2,000 annually
- Full coverage of license and certification maintenance fees

Responsibilities:
Perform all inpatient and/or outpatient cardiac ultrasound testing that a level I sonographer performs and additionally performs: 2D echo / Doppler exams with bubble study, contrast as well as limited studies for cardiac function, effusion assessment and thrombus assessment, stress echo for ischemia evaluation, stress echo for valve evaluation and ischemia, bike stress echo, structural heart evaluations, research echo protocols, LVAD, TEE without valve modeling, limited echo for cardiac biopsy and echo guided procedures. Provide complex technical care with the use of ultrasound technology for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients and provide all necessary documentation and preliminary exam findings.
Qualifications:
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:Graduate of registry approved ultrasound program or equivalent experience according to Intersocietal Accreditation Commission (IAC). MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:Must have two (2) years of clinical experience as a cardiac sonographer. MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:Graduate of a CAAHEP accredited Cardiac Sonographer program.Current registered with the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) with RDCS certification or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) with RCS certification.Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification in accordance with the American Heart Association is required.
