What you do:
- Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based physical therapy techniques and modalities.
- Monitor and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve desired outcomes.

- Perform interpretation of referrals, physical therapy evaluation, re- evaluation, major modification of treatment plan, final discharge of the patient, or therapeutic techniques.

Who You Are:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education – accredited physical therapist education program and pass a state licensure exam.

What physical demands should you be aware of?
General Demands for the Physical Therapy position are listed under the 'medium duty’ category in the Dictionary of Occupational Titles as published by The U.S. Department of Labor. The physical demands incorporated at The Injury Care Center are not to exceed this level. All employees should seek assistance from another individual to prevent any lifting beyond 50 lb level. The Sit/Stand/Walk ratios tend to be equal at 33% of the day. This ratio remains within the control of the therapist depending on the task that needs to be accomplished.

Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) is a physician led and accountable 650+ provider multispecialty group seeking an experienced Interventional Cardiologist to be Medical Director of a 7-member cardiology group practice in Nampa: 4 Interventional Cardiologists, 3 General Non-Invasive Cardiologists and several Nurse Practitioners.
The Saint Alphonsus Heart Center in Nampa includes 2 cath labs with peripheral vascular capabilities, a cath prep & recovery unit, a 10-bed Cardiac Medical Unit, nuclear medicine, echo, EKG diagnostics and a Cardiac Recovery Unit. Quick access to full-service emergency and heart care services, Saint Alphonsus has the only 24/7 interventional cath lab in Canyon County and is the fastest growing cardiology program in the region.
Procedures performed include Diagnostic Adult Cardiac Catheterization, Percutaneous Coronary Interventions, Balloon Angioplasty, Coronary and Vascular Stent Placements, Permanent Pacemakers, Coronary Thrombectomy, atherectomy, Impella, Transesophageal Echocardiography, Peripheral Vascular Angiography, Peripheral Vascular Interventions, Intravascular Ultrasound, Intracardiac Ultrasound, Cardioversion, and Tilt Table Studies.
The Nampa practice is part of a larger, employed and integrated 20-member Cardiology team reaching across the health system.
The schedule for this full-time opportunity is a traditional workweek, Monday – Friday, plus consults and rounding. Call is 1:4, shared equitably with other Interventional Cardiologists. There is also an opportunity for paid excess call.
Support includes Interventional Radiology, Cardiac MRI, 3 Endoscopy suites and radiology available M-F (on call weekends and holidays). Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise (15 miles) provides Cardiothoracic & Vascular Surgery, Trauma and Neurosurgery. SAMG has a network of 74 primary and specialty care clinic locations. The cardiac cath lab is a staffed with board-certified cardiologists, registered nurses, radiology techs and cardiovascular technologists.
Requirements for this opportunity include:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree.
- At least five (5) years’ experience with complex coronary interventions including atherectomy and Impella.
- Successful completion of an ACGME or AOA accredited residency and cardiovascular disease fellowship program.
- Board certification in Cardiovascular Diseases through the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) or the American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine (AOBIM) with certification of special qualification (CSQ) in Interventional Cardiology – or obtain certifications within 3 years of employment.
- Ability to obtain Idaho and Oregon medical licensure; granting of privileges at SAMC- Nampa, SARMC - Boise and other health system affiliated hospitals as needed; valid controlled substance registration with Board of Pharmacy and DEA
- Secure appropriate hospital medical staff privileges to include Stents, IVUS, Interventional left and right heart catheterizations, electrocardiograms, holter and echocardiogram interpretation, stress treadmill testing & supervision, stress echos, and pacemaker implantations and checks, atherectomy and Impella.
- Optional: Nuclear cardiology skills are welcome but not required. Echo board certification is also not a requirement. Interventional treatment of peripheral vascular disease is also available.

Summary:
The Welder position is responsible for accurately reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications to meet project requirements. This role involves fabricating large fuel tanks—up to 60 feet long and 13 feet wide—designed to hold 3,000 to 10,000 gallons of diesel fuel. The welder must ensure strict adherence to safety standards by wearing required PPE and following all safety guidelines throughout the process.
Accountabilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine welding requirements.
- Prepare materials by cleaning, cutting, and positioning components for welding.
- Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment and tools.
- Weld components using manual or semi-automatic equipment in multiple positions.
- Inspect welds to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
- Complete quality checklists at each stage of the process.
- Work with various metals, including steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.
- Prepare surfaces by removing slag, rust, grease, and scale prior to welding.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following all safety protocols and wearing required PPE.

Job Summary
Oldcastle Infrastructure is looking for an Outside Sales Representative (O.S.R) that will develop and maintain positive and productive relationships with current and potential customers, while meeting or exceeding sales targets. The O.S.R. will spend their time working with contractors to develop relationships and deliver quality proposals to close business while supporting Oldcastle Infrastructure. The O.S.R. will develop both short and long-term sales strategies while executing sales plans to increase the region’s volume and profit margins with target customers.

Job Responsibilities
- Become the Subject Matter Expert on all Oldcastle Infrastructure precast concrete products, including utility vaults, concrete pipe, culverts, manholes, catch basins and other drainage products.
- Delivery top level service and communication internally and externally.
- Prospect opportunities and companies and market products within core markets.
- Identify and bid all appropriate projects within assigned marketing area. Participate in the development of bid strategy for each job.
- Utilize various software tools(Salesforce, Office Suite, SharePoint) to manage prospects, issue quotes and communicate with a broader team.
- Will be responsible for meeting specific sales volumes and profit margin goals.
- Partner with other departments (Estimating, Project Leads, Operations, Transportation, and Accounting) to ensure every account receives the highest level of customer service.
- Communicate with the broader Oldcastle Commercial team to manage and coordinate sales to customers, as well as to leverage the Oldcastle product portfolio across company boundaries.
- Actively participate in industry-related associations as required in order to develop and maintain key networking and business relationships.
Job Requirements
